Papa's Pizza To Go — Restaurant in Murphy

I work here at Papa's pizza to go so you can consider my review biased if you may but I would like to reassure people that we really are a great restaurant. I can personally reassure anyone that we will not refuse anything off our menu, however our location does not have some menu items that other papas pizzas might have. There is a generic papas pizza menu on the Papa's website but you have to go onto locations and find the Murphy store menu for an accurate list of items we do carry. we always have a display menu inside our store as well. We are not a fast food restaurant we are making your food fresh and to order so there will always be a short wait time but rest assured we are making your order as quickly as possible. Some days are way crazier than most, especially Mondays as that is $5 large pizza night and we have a lot of faithful customers that always are a pleasure to see, but you can definitely expect a wait that day so you might want to call ahead. Ordered here through DoorDash tonight. Ordered a specialty pizza, but what got delivered was a cheese pizza. DoorDash refused to refund it, so we called up there to see if they could remake it because it was their mistake. First person I spoke to told me there was nothing they could do because it’s a DoorDash order. Second person, I guess the manager, said the same thing at first. I asked again and they said “if you come up here I guess we can remake it”. Both employees had bad attitudes and made us feel as if we were inconveniencing them for their own mistakes. With these attitudes from the staff we have decided not to get the order fixed, but that’s the only reason it’s 3 stars. Because they finally decided to make it right. I entered the store and went to order my food and the cook tried to tell me how he was gonna make my sandwich, excuse me but what happened to the customer is all ways right, the nice lady at the register was a delight, wonderful attitude and pleasant to talk to, after receiving my food the cook proceeded to gossip on the phone about the family member I had came in with, he told said family member that he couldn't make a sandwich without toasting the bun , would you please refer to the pictures for this business above, there are sandwiches without a toasted bun, he kept saying I can't make this and I can't make that , when in fact it's because he won't, he doesn't have the work ethic to go through the extra steps sad your business is losing money due...
