we came here around 10:10 and ordered four orders all including ice cream. we waited 30 minutes before they came with our order. we were ok with that because it was very busy. however it was totally the wrong order. we told them that and they said they would be back with our order when it was done. we waited and waited. we saw cars that came after us get their drinks and food before we did. we didn’t want to say anything until it hit 50 minutes. we flagged down a worker and she said that our order would come out soon. we wait. now it’s been over an hour and 10 minutes. we go ask them and they say to wait on the machine but didn’t say how long when we asked them and they didn’t even give us a time estimate. we just wanted to know how long to wait because at this point we were here for way too long to be wasting any more time. We understood y’all were busy and that’s why we waited so long to ask about the food. We said “take your time” when ordering the food and even when asking the first time we even said that “we didn’t want to rush you or anything but when will our order come out?” and yet this is the treatment we get back? it was really another slap in the face when we saw cars that came after us getting their drinks, blasts, shakes etc that include ice cream and yet ours has yet to come (this includes the three cars that came after us on our left and right stalls!!). we ended up leaving without the food....
Read moreI have been going to this sonic since I was a child, and most recently it really went downhill. I did a mobile order at 10:15 pm knowing that they close at 11, this has never been a problem for me. In the mobile order I even tipped ahead of time because I understand that these workers deserve a little extra in the food industry. When I pulled into the stall, it said drive through only, so I went to the drive through and said the name of my order and asked for ranch because I forgot to input that. I pull up and she hands me the wrong drink, a cherry limeade which I was willing to accept, but then when she hands the food, I realize it is entirely the wrong order so I politely tell her so, and she gives me a scoff and an eye roll and I tell her the name of my order. Then she hands me my Dr. Pepper and says “goodnight” and immediately closes the door. I have to wave at her for attention and tell her there was food for my order, and she closed the door and visibly freaks out in rage. I have never seen anything like this. Her coworker who was off shift had to help me and I once again politely told her my order name and after another 10 minutes they hand me my food. Read moreOrdered a jr deluxe cheeseburger plain and dry. It comes out, the girl was sweet who delivered it to my window, but I open up the burger it’s bun and patty no cheese. So I pull around to the drive thru window and Showed the lady the burger.. she took it back and brought a so I thought a new one. They literally stuck a COLD piece of cheese on the burger that was originally brought to me slapped with mayo lettuce ketchup and tomato.... so I waved the lady again, showed her and asked “did they really just slap a cold piece of cheese on the original burger?” She looked at me with no response no apology... I said I wanted a full refund of my entire order at this point. She walked over to the manager who rolled his eyes and never made it a point to come an apologize.. she came back and handed me cash for my entire order.. Ive spent $$ over past two years at this location while living here.. I will make it out of my way to drive to sachse to get a correct order and common courtesy... can not believe this place. Sonic needs to send corporate and fix this...
