Country Burger Murphy — Restaurant in Murphy

This was our first time here and with great reviews, and my husband had good childhood memories at the one in Dallas... we thought we would give it a try. Overall, restrooms for the ladies needed a good sweep and some hand soap. When we placed our orders, my child asked for a jack burger with no jalapeno and onion. The person taking the order said, "So you're ordering a jack burger but don't want anything that makes it a jack?" I chimmed in...he is a child and learning to order for himself so yes give him a jack as he asked. I personally thought that was uncalled for. Overall, food was good and the restaurant was as well. Price...meal with burger fries and drink is about $15. The chicken fingers basket meal doesn't come with a drink, and if you get a specialty burger, you don't get a side or a drink. For 4 meals, "none where kids' meals," it was $70. Only $5 was extra for sweet potato fries and adding bacon. So if you want a good burger for a price, this...

Great experience. Went to Country Burger when I worked at Safeway when I was 16 years old. Safeway was my 1st job other than mowing lawns, and selling Tyler roses on Richardson's street corners. I would get two quadruple burgers at Country Burger for lunch. Country Burger at that time bought Safeway meat for their burgers. I never gained any weight from eating all that since I pushed shopping carts, racked soda bottles(before aluminum cans and toxic plastic bottles) sacked grocerys, and stocked shelves. Country Burger has always had high quality food. I met the current owner at their Murphy location, She's the daughter of the original owner. I met the original owner back in the day where they home baked pies for their stores. Country Burger is a family owned business that deserves a first look if you plan on eating out. Oh yeah, and don't forget to try their sweet potato fries. Try them out, and you will coming back from now on....

June 2018 Very disappointed. It has happened before here several times, but we just shrugged and moved on.

My daughter can only eat certain foods, and when we find restaurants that have food she can eat we use them regularly.

Tonight final straw... Order to go with only a part of the order provided. Failed to check it. Shame on us since it is not the first time, but...

Called them when discovered the missing food when got home and while they offered to reimburse us, that is not the point and too far to go and get more.
