Decided to give this place a try seem kind of weird to have a separate restaurant inside the Denny's with the same food items as Denny's for more expensive, but I like trying new things so I placed my order online, while placing my order it said it would be done in 18 to 25 minutes but after I placed the order a new time appeared for 1 hour so I called the restaurant and told them what happened and they said there was no one in front of me and they would start the order right away so I gave them 25 minutes and when I came to the restaurant they had not even started it yet, while I waited for the full order to be completed (20min), no one even offered me a drink, I understand mistakes happen but they were not busy at all and had plenty of staff to tackle the traffic, this felt like a failure on multiple levels, especially since it seems like it was the manager who took my call and told me they would start the order right away...definitely will not be...
