Dunkin' — Restaurant in Murray

The employee at the window with the shaved green hair was very rude. We were rushed to order at the speaker and then when we wanted to change our order at the window, we were told we couldn’t because they have everything ready by the time we get to the window, but we could change if we were willing to wait a few minutes. All we wanted to do was change the variety pack to our own personal choice of donuts. We didn’t understand that a variety pack meant that they choose the donuts for us, we thought we would be able to customize. We do not come to Dunkin very often and obviously won’t be back again because all they want to do is rush us and won’t even let us think. We were trying to list off what donuts we wanted and the employee was in such a rush and would hardly let us finish what we were saying. This employee was very abrasive and unprofessional. This person does not need to be working in an establishment where customer service is needed. I do not leave reviews like this (I never have before) but I was extremely taken aback by...

thank God they had a self order station in this location. Service was actually kind of slow but the store was busy. Once I was able to get ordered, the self-service station was not printing receipts, so you just had to remember your number. But then again, they did not call out the numbers so you just kind of had to watch for what was going down the line. When I asked about my other part of my order, I was told they don’t do that part. It Hass to be completed by somebody else. That’s fine. I waited and got what I needed. The bagel bites were absolutely amazing! Everything I hope they would be and more. Got some munchkins. They were super busy, which is fine. I got 2 toasted and buttered croissants a dozen donuts and 3 milks. The croissants had about a half a stick of butter on each, not an exaggeration, and 5 of the donuts were not what I asked for. I ordered 4 blueberry 3 assorted 2 powdered boston creme, 1 chocolate plain, 1 chocolate with chocolate icing, 1 jelly filled. The girl asked me again at the window and i told her she wrote it on her hand. I got 4 blueberry 2 regular donuts with chocolate icing, 2 chocolate icing boston creme, 1 lemon filled donut 2 sprinkle donuts 1 sugar donut...... milk dated today.
