Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Murray

I went swimming and worked up an appetite.You know how that goes. I decided I want a Caesar salad.And some pizza. And went on the Marco's Pizza website and discovered they had exactly what I wanted!! I put in my order and went to pick it up. It wasn't ready, Which was a good thing because I didn't want cold pizza. The best cold pizza is breakfast pizza the next day. I was pleasantly surprised when I got my chicken caesar salad. It was a generous portion of salad , fresh romaine and lettuce lots of parmesan cheese portion, excellent Caesars dressing. Believe me some people can mess up a caesar salad. Not these guys.They topped my salad with crutons, The chicken was perfect. It tasted great, The lettuce was crisp and fresh and made my mouth happy!! You know how it is.You take a bite of good salad in your body just does a little dance... The pizza was delicious. Regular crust topped with their super yummy sauce, The right amount of melted mozzarella cheese, And toasty pepperonis!!! Their crest is really good. They put cornmill at the bottom to help the crustget crispy and not get soggy at all. It was the perfect size pizza. Leftover pizza for breakfast is always bomblicious!!! My pizza went well with my coffee. The lady who assisted me at marco's was very nice. She is getting ready to open her own business doing.I think nails. She had a very beautiful pedicure and she was very friendly. I didn't mind waiting for my fresh pizza to finish getting all baked up just for me. We got to share conversation and she made me so happy telling me. She's getting ready to open her own business. I bought Marco's pizza for my Bible.Study class and we were all pleasantly surprised when we got to eat these different pizzas with yummy sauce and all the different toppings that they had to offer. For your next pizza party call marcos, The prices are very reasonable and your family will love you for it!! Get their salads.You will be happy you did!! I'm not sure if there Is indoor dining. All of my orders have been take out. Excellent...

I'm a door dasher. I door dash here all the time, I know how busy it gets, I never complain. If they say it's going to be a long wait time, I just assign the order. And leave. I had a pick up the store lead comes up amd asks the name amd goes back to working. I wait , I'm expecting to wait a but. So I'm just standing there and a delivery driver "paycho" is at the register doing whatever , no words are exchanged for about 2 mins. Then he looks at me and says " food not ready go sit down" in a very rude tone. I said excuse me? He said " stop looking at them ( referring to the workers working ) and go sit! . Long story short, this guy screamed at me multiple times. Yelling at me to go sit down, throwing his arms in my face, giving me dirty looks, called me STUPID. I kept telling him I'm not doing anything wrong. And asked why are you yelling at me? He didn't speak English well so alot of the stuff he yelled I couldn't understand. But I felt scared and upset. I asked his name multiple times he just ignored me and his co workers gave it to me. He also claimed he was the manager when I asked. And he wasn't. I had to deliver an order but when I came back amd spoke the the GM kam... he accused me of lying . Not only did he call me stupid oh and also threaten to cancel my customers order he is now accusing me of lying. I spoke to the gm and all he can do was apologize. He Spoke to paycho amd sent him off with more deliveries. If he's not gonna be fired for threatening people like that for no reason. And i wish i can explain the emtire story .he needs to be written up. At least ! Paycho tried "apologizing " and Kam saw that and thought that was enough ha. Clearly the apology wasn't sincere. He was very sarcastic to me still not owning up to what he did. No grown mad should be yelling at ANYONE the way he yelled at me for standing there...

How do you go from a 10 to a 0?? I don't know either, but that is what Marco's Pizza in Murray, Utah has done. It used to be great pizza and great Customer service. What happened???? Yesterday my son's friends were visiting and we decided to order a Large peperoni Magnifico, a Large Deluxe pizza and cheese bread (A total of $43.33). We place the order at 8:00 pm, the guy who took the order was really clueless, but after finally placing the delivery order he said that the pizza would be here in 20 minutes. Great right?! 20 minutes went by...30 minutes went by.. 40 minutes 1 hour, I called Marco's pizza to see what was going on, the person that answer said, Ma'am the driver is on his way and you'll get your pizza. 9:15 p.m my son's friends left. I drove to Marco's pizza as is only about 5 minutes from my home, I went in and spoke to Rob, and asked him about making my order and that I would take it myself, Rob said that the delivery driver was outside and that he would give me my pizza, and yes, the delivery driver was outside with a bunch of pizzas! and Rob wanted me to take that cold, 1 hour long sitting on his car pizza, I asked for a refund and Rob went in, punched some numbers and he said done, your refund is on your card, no way Jose, give me a receipt! he couldn't figure out how to print a refund receipt? wink..wink.. I am checking my account to make sure I get my refund, I'll keep you all posted. Did I mentioned that I wasn't greeted? not at any point I heard please, thank you, or, I am sorry??
