The little girl was terrified of everything, so we tried to make a usually fun, non-rushed trip into a quick shop. Got followed around by an employee not so subtly for the entire time I was in there. I was in leggings and a t shirt and had no purse. I was even holding my phone and keys cause I had no where to put them so I’m not sure where I could have hidden anything. I purchased an inflatable costume a few weeks ago. I went to try it on and put batteries in it. The blower worked for about 10 seconds and then stopped. It would not turn back on. Batteries were brand new and tried different sets.

I tried exchanging for the same item. I was told they could NOT exchange it because I didn't have the receipt. I wasn't trying to get money back or a different item, I just wanted them same costume but working.
