I visited Brim Coffee after seeing several positive social media posts, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Paying $8 for a small coffee is unreasonable, and waiting 45 minutes for two drinks is unacceptable. The operation appears poorly managed, and the product quality does not justify the cost or the hype.
