McDonald's — Restaurant in Murrieta

Okay the last three times they've forgotten menu items out of a total of four different things. They act annoyed and frustrated anytime they're asked to do anything above and beyond which really isn't above and beyond they just act like it is I've become weary of this location. I'm not a person that tends to complain about quantities but when I order a large fry and it's one third full and I intend on splitting it with my wife and can't even do that it's beyond agitating. and when was it may I ask that they stopped offering ketchup. They forgot it twice when I asked for it in the same visit. I don't know if it's all the staff here and a problem with the immaturity level is what it sounds like but I'm not eating here anymore I can't trust these kids to do their job professionally like other McDonald's locations. Say what you want about McDonald's but they are consistent it's the consistency we've come to expect when that consistency is altered due to pure laziness what's the point? This is the second or third negative review I have left on them and I filled out the in the store card after one of the employees calling me a drug addict under his breath because I was wearing a tank top and had tattoos. I've never touched a drug in my entire life. I refused give a single penny to an identity that wants to discriminate against me based strictly on my appearance. I know it's a lot longer than you thought huh folks well it takes a real crackpot team to discriminate against someone call them a drug addict and screw up their order every time they come in so you've been forewarned unless it's just me that discriminating against. I won't support this location any longer I'm tired of people's apathetic approach towards equality it must be across the board and there is no or not at all the only option is across the board. Sorry to get so preachy but as I stated previously have grown weary of being judged based on my appearance, I thought this was America in the great words...

Workers this night were very rude. Seemed annoyed at simple request. We went inside to make our order and it took a little over 10 minutes we figured that's okay because it takes that long to make the pies that we ordered, instead they come up after the order is already done and tell us the pies will take 10 minutes do we still want them. This location always does that they're so lazy here, I don't know why the 15 minutes we waited wasn't enough time to cook something for 10 minutes. And like I said it's not just this time every single time I go there and Order pies they find some way to not make them, it's not like they have to knead dough or anything they stick the stinking thing in a little toaster device. And then after I said we don't have the time to wait they were just extremely rude to me and sat my order on the counter and didn't even call my name or my ticket number. Oh and when we got in there was no one in line and I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while no one acknowledges me. And then without looking at me one of the girls working with her back facing me says you know you can use the kiosk to order right? I try to avoid this location as much as possible just because people that work there are rude and...

Every single time I go here they give you a sticky note and have you go park and bring your food out to you 10 minutes later. They send all cars through to do the same. So their system shows they are getting food out in the drive through fast in guessing. Hope management knows.

Update 4/16/24 : 3rd time in a row with nobody in the drive through but 7 cars given sticky notes and told to go wait in curbside pickup for their order. Not even a big order. Cheating their system to show a fast drive through time.

Update 4/29/24: breakfast too with sticky notes. Not a single car in the drive through lane, 9 cars with sticky notes in the parking lot. Not a big order, one breakfast sandwich.

Update 5/3/24: got to drive through lane at 10:20 for breakfast, took them 10 minutes to do 2 cars. Hits 10:30 while I'm at the order speaker and am told I can not get breakfast anymore.

Update 9/1/24: again, for 5th straight time given a post it note with a # and told to go park when going through drive through. Informed management about this months ago, and was told this is not acceptable but still happening every time. Small drive through order turns into 10 min...
