Returning a Bissel dual surface shampooer that didnt work that I bought just for tile floors, the brushes didn't even reach the floor...Anyways that wasn't the reason for the 1 star, it is the staff that earned it! So Jasmine unpacks the item and tells me the serial numbers don't match and they won't except it for return! I wasn't upset or worried because that's the item I bought from target and told her to get a manager. By the time Kevin came she had figured out which was the correct serial number...NO APOLOGIES for just ACCUSING me of trying to do a bunk/scam return! I brought it up to she & Mgr for her to explain and show me HER confusion but not APOLOGIZE! I'm not sure why she was showing me where the right serial # was...I don't work there BUT she does and needs to know better before making such accusations on honest paying customers! Read moreTerrible experience! I had two orders to pickup. Part of one order was also being shipped to my home as it was not available in store. I received an email stating that my order was ready for pickup but they couldn't find my order. No other store had the item so they offered to refund this part of the order, but I would not get a full refund since I used a $25 off a $75 order coupon. I asked if they could combine the two orders but they couldn't. I asked to return part of my 2nd order since it was not what I expected but they couldn't do that because the online order hadn't met up with their system yet. So I was forced to leave with an item I wanted to return and didn't get a full refund for an item they lost. Read moreThis Target store does not care about the safety of it's customers. A homeless man lives on the sidewalk area that encircles Target. (It is not a public sidewalk; it belongs to Target.) He has been there for at least two years. He verbally assaults women and teen girls with regularity, using inappropriate and suggestive language. When he harassed my daughters and I a year ago, I told the manager. The manager sheepishly grinned and told me that they have had a lot of complaints and have spoken to the man. Well, he's still there, even after my complaint(s), and, I'm sure, numerous others. Every time we see him, he says disgusting things, and I tell the manager.
