Memphis Style Wings & Things — Restaurant in Murrieta

Food was great, it came out quick & the young lady at the front desk had a big smile & was very pleasant, but here's my issue. The takeout only thing didn't bother me & I consistently look to give 5 stars especially to support new businesses. To be clear, the food pushed this to a 4 because before I started eating this was going to be a 3. Some of you may think I'm not being fair or it's old fashioned but I know it's good business & good sense to keep your employees away from getting high in front of your business. This young dude gets out of an SUV parked directly in front of a business & I got a contact high....& he walks right in & into the kitchen. People are going to smoke, I get it but that's not even my problem. If you're drinking alcohol or smoking weed on the job & you can still do your job & you aren't my driver & I don't know or see it, no harm no foul, that's life, just do good work. AND if the people that own this place don't know it's going on & don't support the 'Up in Smoke' welcome, let me know & I'll change my review......but I'd be surprised because young dude had no shame. Just have enough sense to go somewhere else to get high so your customers don't see it......SMH. If I had my 10 yr old with me, I wouldn't have walked in because she's smart enough to know what she smells & I'm not ready for "Look Papa, they let their employees get...

Stopped by about a week ago, mostly due to the fact that I’m a Memphian born and raised. I was excited to actually get real wings, because if you know Memphis Wings, you know they are the best. When I went in, I was excited to meet the staff and find out their history and how they were able to start their business in Murrieta. Also, find out more information about their catering. However, when I walked in I was barely greeted, I waited patiently for them to greet me, and take my order, however they just kind of looked at me and took my order and that was it. No greeting, no welcome, no nothing. The service was very reminiscent of what I’m use to in Memphis, however, I just assumed that it would be different being in a different environment. Now the wings were FIRE!!!! But the customer service was lackluster. For that alone, I won’t be returning. Work on having more enthusiasm, talk to your patrons, ask how their day was, get to know your patrons. You never know who’s walking in, and the potential business opportunities you could be...

Absolutely outstanding wings—hands down one of the best (if not the best) wing spots in all of Murrieta and Temecula. The wings are everything you want them to be: fat, juicy, meaty, and bursting with flavor. I ordered 28 and split them between Garlic Buffalo, Memphis Heat, Spicy Honey Lemon Pepper, and Nashville Hot. Now, here’s the kicker—I don’t even like lemon pepper. I only ordered that flavor for my husband, but it ended up being my favorite of the bunch!

And let’s talk about the loaded fries… The ‘small’ size could easily feed two or three people. I topped mine with the Garlic Parmesan sauce, and honestly, it took them to another level. Rich, garlicky, and absolutely addictive.

This place is a gem, and I can’t wait to order again and work my way through the rest of their sauces and dry rubs. If you’re a wing lover, this spot needs to be at the top...
