Los Titos Mexican Food — Restaurant in Murrieta

I am LIVID with how my mother was treated when I asked for her to pick me up food on her way home from work. Claudia treated her poorly ever though my mom is the kindest lady (even left a not deserved tip because that's just the type of person my mom is). I was JUST there the other night and was treated so kindly from the gentleman on the phone taking the order as well as the gentleman who i paid with at the front. I received a quesadilla with white cheese in it and that's my favorite! Tonight my mother was getting it for me and Claudia claimed she been working there for years and had never once sold a quesadilla with white cheese in it. JUST HAD ONE LESS THAN A WEEK AGO CLAUDIA! Unbelievable. And then she decided to start talking about my mom in Spanish to the girl in the back and guess what MY MOM SPEAKS SPANISH CLAUDIA. I am so pissed. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of one is because I have always had great service from the men there but Claudia you obviously need to be retrained on customer service and professionalism because you're rude and truly I can't wait to eat a yummy white cheese quesadilla from the men working there. If a customer can get their food HOT WITH HEAT the majority of the time they will not complain about their experience EVEN if it didn’t taste that good… This place has went way down hill when it comes to get getting fresh / hot foods, even when you eat it there or outside in your vehicle…It’s sad that the owner is letting this place do so bad when it comes to the bad quality of their foods…The reviews seem to be the same, one would think you would try and fix the problems… It’s March 26 2022 at 9:30 pm walk in the store all chairs are upside down on tables as if you don’t want the customers to sit down and eat, you don’t close until 11 pm, you only have one of your sauces on the cold line, you can see where the other three were there before… I order a Carne Asada burrito add beans, since I couldn’t eat inside I just ate it outside in my truck, How is it the beans and carne asada steak are colder than the guacamole and Pico de gallo … This is like the third time my food has been cold and it’ll be my last time because I won’t return… it seems like these knew crew will just give us the bare minimum when it comes to freshness /...

I’m absolutely disgusted and deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Los Titos. I used to be a regular customer and never had any issues in the past, but what happened recently has completely changed my view of this place (april 24 2025) I found worms in my food — yes, actual worms — and when I brought it back to show the staff, they laughed in my face, accused me of lying, and threw the plate away without even inspecting it. To make things worse, they refused to give me a refund, claiming I had already eaten some of the food. This was not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable. The lack of basic hygiene, accountability, and respect for a loyal customer is appalling. I’m beyond angry and will never be returning. If you care at all about your health or being treated with decency, I highly recommend you stay away from this place.
