Michoacana — Restaurant in Murrieta

My husband and I were visiting family in Temecula and after repeatedly driving by we ended up visiting this location on the evening of October 19th.

They had a pretty decent line going, considering we came about half an hour before closing time, and never seemed to rush any of their guests. When it was our turn we were helped by the young man on duty (even though we were pleasantly greeted by both people on shift). Never having heard of the brand/company I wasn't sure what we were getting into.

My husband and I each got an ice cream in a cup, the flavors were delicious and on point; and we ended up sharing a cup of corn, with hot cheeto toppings, which was a new thing to both of us.

For me this experience hit every essential point: Delicious flavors, reasonable prices, an abundance of options, and (without this part the rest doesn't mean nearly as much) we had exceptional service.

To start off: They offer different refreshing fresh fruit drinks. Cucumber /watermelon/ pineapple/ tamarin/ Horchata are the staples but they have created other like mango recently or the pineapple cucumber mix. Their ice cream selection won't disappoint either. This isn't your 31 flavor type ice cream like B&R have. Their ice cream are fresh made. From your all favorite time chocolate to the exotic tequila ice cream flavor. That's right tequila!!! I just left this place and ordered a bionico. They gave it to me with a rotten watermelon. I ask to exchange it for a better one. The employee who claimed to be the manager( which I doubt it) said they would lose and would not exchange or redo my order. Left the order there and lost $7. Bad customer service. And the prep guy who also cutting other fruit cut his hand rinsed his hand and put a glove on and was still bleeding inside the glove. I will be in the next morning to talk to the owner. Not good for first time coming to check...
