Adam and Maddy are exceptional at their jobs after working 15 years in highend restaurants it makes my heart sing to see the level of professionalism you rarely see today from the above mentioned. If your in town pop in for Adam and maddys shift trust you won't be disappointed 💯🔥🔥🔥👈🏽✅ once more I’d like to add to this Tye the security is one of the greatest security guys I’ve met. He knows his surroundings and I’ve watched all the regulars come in and greet him with a hug. I’ve been in this industry for a long time and to see a LOYAL GUY that bleeds the cove just makes appreciate this place more. It’s something about the vibe of this place the GM definitely knows how to higher. Tye could run a crew because he puts out most fires by not letting them start! Deserves management!! Update 5-24-2025 First time having brunch here and flawless food and service even better. Upper management:Steve,Jill and Dan have hit the gold mine here it never ceases to amaze me even their bad days are better then most restaurants best. I am a 50 yo married man who has lived here with my family in Murrieta for about 6 yrs now. My wife and I frequent 'The Cove' about once a month, when we have a chance to get out of the house and have a drink and play pool. It's always been a good place to go to have a drink, have a good meal(I love the lamb lollipops!), and play pool a little bit. Which we love..Today, around 5 to 6pm, Savannah, our waitress, asked my wife and I to give her our credit card BEFORE WE ORDERED!!?? I have NEVER, EVER had a bar & grill ask for our credit card PRIOR to ordering dinner. Savannah stated that "people run out all the time"...We asked if this was a normal policy of "The Cove", because this has NEVER happened in the dozens of visits prior..She stated, "it was her personal policy".
