I shop at Walmart for work clothes and casual clothes recently I went down in size (yay) so I put about 15 clothing items in my shopping cart when I went to try them on like I always do,the lady in the fitting room ignored me to talk personal things with her coworker so I said 6 please, she offered me no smile but put her back to me, while I was in there trying them on she knocked on the door and said sir!!! How many items are you trying on? I said 6! The good news is everything but one item fit perfectly so I spent $350 I mentioned it to the friendly cashier and he told me tell the store manager Ricardo, Who is off at the time, so patiently the next morning I call into the store was put on hold for 45 minutes, no problem I called back 10 times, 8 of the 10 times the person hung up on me!! I never even said anything other than is Ricardo the store manager there please. I’m actually not that surprised. I don’t know why they like that 60 year old gray-haired shoulder length mean lady working in the fitting room, I guess she fits the rest of the poor service Walmart Murrieta offers, I believe the new customer service employee attitude is act rude and put out with anybody needs help! If you want friendly voice tones just get put on hold like I was for 45 minutes and you can hear how nice they’re going to treat you over and over and over again!!!!
