Arby's — Restaurant in Muscle Shoals

I went through the drive thru on 11/15/24 & ordered the Arby’s #15. It took a long while to get through the line. Not sure if they were short handed or what. When I got home with my order, the food was cold. The sandwich looked pretty thrown together. the fries were cold. The service was not that great. I understand that it was a Friday night, but I observed one of the employees walking out the back door and looking, then that same employee pulling someone from the back, giving them her head set and walking around on the front line with her phone in her hand. The day before that I went inside on lunch break and the crew was all over the place. This was on 11/14/ 2024. They were just moving in a slow place gossiping about something. Customers were waiting to be waited on & one girl, who I perceive to be in management came to the front and looked at what was on the front to be served & looked bewildered. Me & the guy in front me left. The drive was not backed up, but there was a car waiting for service as I was leaving. Not returning to this Arby’s...

If I could give this place no stars I would. This establishment has closed down numerous times early and doesn’t update hours so people will sit at the speaker with employees inside who don’t even bother to explain they’re closed they just laugh. This time we waiting at the speaker while they were open still and gave them the order once and she said to wait a moment, so we did. She came back and we gave the order a second time, we did and so she said to wait a moment again. Probably after sitting there for thirty minutes or so she comes back again and so we give her the order again however by now it’s past closing time. This time she tries to be funny and tells us “it’ll be a few hours to fix the food.” While laughing. So of course, we left. Not sure what’s so funny, but I suppose it most likely was a gaggle of teenage girls working the shift or just immature grown women. Either way, this restaurant is awful. My family loves Arby's, I could take it or leave it... other than the fact that they have not followed the hipster trend to sweet bread for buns (which disgusts me🤢), so I love that about Arby's!❤

I have a parent recently diagnosed with cancer so we have lots of Drs & hospital visits, on day one we stopped by Arby's for sandwiches & my original roast beef was excellent! Best I've ever had! The 3rd or 4th trip to the Shoals, we stopped by again & again my original roast beef sandwich was so good... I finished my sandwich (which I never do!)!

Next time I stop by, if my sandwich is still as good as the previous two... I will up my rating to 5 stars! (& no more taking or leaving it, if always this good: I'll take it please!😉)
