Wingstop — Restaurant in Muscle Shoals

Not only was my wait originally over an hour when I actually got to Wingstop it was a good 20 min after my order was scheduled to be ready. Then they said it would be another 20 min which actually turned into an hour, I sat there as I watched people walk in and order and they were told it would be another hour wait but still they got their order before me. Finally when I get up to ask they look at me confused not knowing where my order was. And not to mention the night before I tried to order wingstop off door dash and they sure took my money but said the store was having technical difficulties. If your not equipped or ready why open this was my first time and it was a horrible experience and customer service sucked. Not worth...

The first time i ordered here the food was mid, but it was also their first week open so i gave them some slack. Second go around i ordered with my coworker and we accidentally hit carry out instead of delivery. I called the location and they tell me we have to cancel on the website. There's nothing on the site to let us cancel. So we call the location again, they tell us they cant swap it to delivery or cancel unless we call a 1-800 help number. So we say forget it, we will just come pick it up. My coworker clocks out and goes in to get the order and they tell her they cancelled it the first time we called. The only decent thing about this place on my visit is the food. Only seen one decent worker in the entire place. I’m definitely not trying to to be a Karen but I’m disgusted. Had to clean the tray and mess of an empty table minutes before someone came to wipe it down. The workers are too busy talking to people they know than provide exemplary service. The drink machine was literally out of everything. They ignored my friend when she asked if they had tea made in the back. And icing on the cake I placed my order for here and I received everything in a bag like they were escorted me to leave to halfway serve...
