Dear Muskego Dominos, I ordered a pizza at 10:00PM on Saturday April 16th. If it's at all possible I want you guys to look up the driver who was responsible for the delivery, I should have got his name.. I know. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza under the pretense that I intended to eat it, but this was only to act as a guise for my true intentions. You see, I'm in a long-distance relationship with a girl I am absolutely and completely in love with, and I wanted to do a small romantic gesture for her because she quit her job. My plan was to order a pizza and then have the delivery driver call me once he left and I was going to have him fill an empty pizza box with Reese's peanut butter cups (her favorite candy) and then have him write a sappy note on it for a substantial tip. When the driver called me I told him the whole spiel and let me tell you, the man was beautiful. A true gentleman and really an example of integrity and honesty. "This is absolutely against the rules" he protested. "But it's in the name of love" I pleaded! "There's nothing I can do, maybe you should've gotten the chocolate lava crunch cake (look at him push your other products!!!!)". Then I raised my price from $20 to $40. "No" he said courageously, "I wish I could help". Then I raised my price from $40 to $50 "I really won't do this" the driver said gallantly. That's when I realized a man of such honor would not break the rules and I had to concede. Now why the 5 star rating you ask? Well I definitely feel like he should have done this in the name of love that's just who I am but!!! who this driver is is something worth respect and worth 5 stars. An honest worker. Hard to find. I can respect that. Well done dominos, you did good hiring this one, you should be proud.
PS I can understand how you might feel that all of this is sarcastic but please believe me it's not, I hassled this driver quite a bit and he...
Read moreCheck your pizza before you leave the store! I ordered 2 pizzas online, and the labels on the boxes were correct, but when I got home, one of the pizzas was not as labeled on the outside of the box - 5 topics non of which were what I ordered. I called the store, spoke with Victoria - the Store Manager, and explained what happened. She said they put the wrong pizza in our box, come back and get the correct pizza. I asked to have this delivered since it was their error, and was told I would be charged $3.00 delivery fee - corporate policy! For their mistake, I now had to drive back, return the wrong pizza, was given the correct one, and she walked away without any kind of apology. I asked for a $3.00 discount for my time/and return travel. I was told no by Victoria. I was a bit shocked...she basically made it seem like it was my fault they put the wrong pizza in my box, did not seem bothered that I had to make the second trip. She finally said she could offer a free pizza- the one that I brought back, or a gift card. I said I would have been happy with a $3 discount/gift card, but that was not possible, so now I am waiting for "corporate" to text me a gift card (they have gift cards on the counter for purchase). This may be my last order from Domino's...at least the one in Muskego. Very disappointed at the customer service from a company that promotes a very different type of customer service...
Read moreParmesan Bread Bites: Domino’s has its beginnings in 1960 when Michigan brothers Tom and James Monaghan purchased a small pizza restaurant chain called DomiNick’s. In 1965, an employee named Jim Kennedy suggested the name change to Domino’s. Following the new name was the creation of the company logo, which features a domino with three dots (representing the first three stores in 1965). My favorite styles of pizza generally involve a thick and chewy crust, which is almost exactly what Domino's Parmesan Bread Bites (PBBs) are. The PBBs are nuggets of pizza dough coated in Parmesan cheese, seasoned with just the right amount of garlic, and then baked until golden brown. Being transparent, the only reason I tried these was that I could get them for free with my rewards points that were about to expire. I'm thankful that I did though, because I would buy these again. Like the aforementioned style of crust I prefer, the nuggets are warm, thick and chewy. They are just fine as is, but being the Wisconsinite/Cheesehead that I am, I preferred dunking mine in some cheese sauce. Only minor complaint is that the 16 nuggets are not uniform as the size varies greatly. These tasty morsels are still easily Doughboy approved...
