Started charging a fee of about 3.75% for Non-Cash Payments on top of the already high menu prices. Been paying with debit for years free of charge and now you suddenly wanna charge for it. Greed costs 3 stars and my business. I won't be back. UPDATE. Received this reply " I am sorry you feel this way. But, the credit card companies charge us this fee and we just are now passing it on to credit card customers. If you were to pay with cash, you would not pay this fee. Many buisness simply raised their prices on all customers to cover this fee. We are giving cash paying customers the option to have the lower fee." 1st accepting cards is the cost of doing business. 2nd You were already charging everyone more when you increased your menu prices but, you want even more so you started charging card user more to increase the profits (GREED). Read moreWe got the 12 strip meal deal last night. First of all we ordered the regular chicken, but got the jalapeno chicken instead. Were told that regular chicken couldn't be substituted. We had a coupon for a couple 10 piece box we would have used and would have bought the sides separately. Wanted the normal 3 sides mashed potatoes and gravy, coleslaw, and wedges. Plus we ordered a side of chicken livers. The potatoes were cold, and never got the coleslaw. I ate one piece of the chicken my family ordered pizza instead. I have been suffering from food poisoning since five am and it's now 11:32pm. I called your facility and asked to speak to anyone on the management team to let them know rude their team was and to let them know that who ever was in charge of cooking the chicken dropped the ball because I checked out the strips and more than half still were pink!!!! Read moreI only gave it one star because I cannot give it none. The staff at this location was absolutely ridiculously rude and unprofessional. Not only did they disrespect my husband they did it in front of my son. When we got our food there was hair and dirt in it. I called to ask for an explanation and was yelled at by staff over the phone. The staff at the Apple location ruined Lee's for us. I will be contacting franchise manager regarding this. My family not only had to pay the wrong price (we paid more than what the board and online says) we got dirt and hair in our food .
Update.... The owner called us personally and made sure we were completely satisfied. The owner is absolutely amazing. I still will not be back to the Apple location until there is new staff. The Causeway and Sherman locations are the best y'all. 5 stars to the owner and the staff at Causeway...
