Subway — Restaurant in Muskegon

If I could give this 0 stars, I would. Asked for a menu item that was clearly displayed on the menu and a Male sandwich artist stopped helping the customer he was helping to yell down at me that subway discontinued the item. Then, the customer behind me ordered an item that was clearly displayed on the menu and TWO separate sandwich artists stopped what they were doing/who they were helping g to yell down to the customer that they were not allowed to make them because the owner told them they couldn't. Even though, clearly visible on the menu AND in the line, were the items to make the specific items requested. When it wa suggested they put signs on display stating what items were available or not, the Male sandwich artist got very argumentative and stated that it wasnt their job to do that and that IF they got complaints it wouldn't matter. Well, due to the unbelievable amount of unavailable menuitems, of unbelievably unavailable positive customer service skills by not only the line workers but the Manager on Duty (running the register) this subway will not be on the list of recommended...

the employee did not wash her hands before she started my order & then proceeded to reach into the little garbage to throw paper away while still working on my order & not changing her gloves . I then asked for a cup of pickles for my pizza & she did . I asked for a little more as she didn’t even fill the tiny cup & proceeds to tell me I’m only allowed to have six pickles .. for an entire pizza . I religiously eat Subway & told her i haven’t heard of such a thing in my 25 years of life being told i can only have 6 pickles , including I was a lead at Subway for 2 years & this was never a thing & she continued to roll her eyes at me so i left ! Poor customer service !!...

Honestly, I've never been more disappointed from a Subway restaurant before... I ordered a couple subs a while back and the vegetables weren't fresh; the spinach had black all over it and the taste was sub-par. I decided to give it another shot recently and decided to order salads and a slider instead of subs. Once again, the spinach had black on it and the taste was not as good as it normally is from other Subways. This time, however, they added onions to the slider when I was very specific on my online order. They also disregarded my special instructions for certain vegetables on the side. The staff never smiled once either. Very poor service and poor...
