Arby's — Restaurant in Mustang

When we pulled in we were the 3rd in line. No big deal. Waited about 5 minutes to order, my fault not theirs kids couldn't decide. But waited another 10 minutes for 1 vehicle to move. Another 15ish for the next and I was asked to pull forward. I waited 15 more minutes and had to pee so I ran in. Bathroom was disgusting so I didn't use it. Went back to my vehicle and waited maybe 5 more minutes (give or take a few) still no food. I only ordered 4 meals.. so we've been here over 45 minutes w no food. I walk inside and waited another 5 before anyone even looked in .y direction. But that was it. So I walked into the back area by the counter. Not all the way but that area to get service. My food hadn't even been started. I asked what the problem was. They tried blaming being short on staff which would be ok had I not just overheard them arguing and 4 people somehow standing there meant short staffing. Not including the other 4 trying to manage everything else. Needless to sat I never got my food and asked for a refund. I wont be back. This is my 3rd attempt at this location and I have to go in and ask for my food every...

the Arby's in Mustang has slowly gone downhill over the last few months every time I go there there's something wrong with my food like for instance they put maybe a quarter of the amount of meat that was supposed to be on the sandwich and yes I did weigh my sandwich and yes I did call the manager and ask what specific weight it was supposed to be and it was way off. Or occasionally we get the button of the meat you know the hard part that nobody wants to eat that should just be thrown away in the trash yeah they like to put that on my food sometimes so that's a little bit upsetting the fries are not real fresh and the sodas always uncarbonated or something there's always something wrong here lately it seems like. I would put a zero star if I could. I just went to this location today (3/2/25). Wife saw they had the ham and Swiss melt back so I picked it up with large crinkle fries. Fries were old and sandwich was almost room temperature. They also put the Swiss cheese on the bottom bun, under the ham?

I went to this location and got the Arby Q's when they came back around a month ago. I threw then away because I think they just put BBQ on plain roast beef. 2 horrible experiences in a row. I'll drive to 89th and May location before I go to this...
