The worst Walgreens ever!!! Be ready to get treated horrible, embarrassed, and most definitely be ready to wait forever!!! And let’s not forget be ready to pay out of pocket several times due to their own mistakes, and not giving a , about the customer’s, I’ve been hung up on, I’ve waited well over an hour with my toddler who obviously was very impatient after 30 minutes of waiting, I asked for my prescription after being notified it was done, all for them to say it wasn’t after I’d been waiting an hour, Billy the old guy who works there told me to move around very rudely, and it embarrassed me, I asked when my script would be ready, and the said they had no idea to move so they could help the next person, what!!!??? I was so irritated and embarrassed.. needless to say yesterday I was told I could only pick up 2 days worth of a medication I have to have or I’m extremely sick, and I told them that, they said they were low on that medication that I’d have to wait over a week to get the majority that was left!!! So this was the end of the straw!! I canceled my and my family’s prescription’s and we are now going to a better pharmacy!!! Where they actually care, and aren’t so RUDE!!! Listen pharmacy staff nobody asked or begged you to fill out an application to work there, so if you hate your job that’s your own fault!!!! Read moreThere was two cars in front of me, I waited 40 mins to even get to the window. Once I got to the window, I was ignored for 5-10 mins before anyone even asked if they could help me. To then be told my son's prescription wasn't even ready. The prescription that his doctor sent to them the night before. 🤦🤦🤦 Update: went again in the morning and was told it wasn't ready come back in the afternoon. So went back, was told again it's not ready and to come back tonight. Went back and again they said it wasn't ready and that it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I'm am beyond mad. So annoyed I called my son's doctor and just switched his prescription to another pharmacy. Will never ever ever ever use this pharmacy again. WORST SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE!!! ANOTHER UPDATE: They don't have my son's prescription ready so I was going to go to another pharmacy, but that pharmacy said that the other pharmacy already billed my insurance and now I can't get it at the other pharmacy without paying for it. But yet it is still not ready for me to pick up. I am beyond angry!!!!!! Day 2 and tomorrow will be day 3 and still my son still doesn't have his medicine. Read moreThe promotion tags for the register rewards that are displayed in store, 90% of the time do not work and is extremely frustrating and makes me not want to shop at Walgreens but instead go to CVS. The employees at Walgreens are always so nice and helpful! Maddie and Dacia at my local store are always saying hello and ask if I’m looking for something that they can help me out with and I really do appreciate that as sometimes I’m running in to grab something in a hurry. It would be nice to give the employees the ability to honor those promotional tags. It would make my shopping experience that much better if the employees can assist in making sure I get the promotion rewards that is advertised. It’s false advertisement that the Catalina machine doesn’t print out those rewards/coupons as promised in Walgreens ads and flyer. it’s a hassle to call Catalina as they usually never answer the phones and the website is always down. I should have received $17 in rewards for my last purchase and it did not print. I called Catalina and it just rang and rang.
