Bricktown Brewery — Restaurant in Mustang

We had the absolute BEST experience at Bricktown Brewery thanks to our amazing server, Reid! From the moment he greeted us, he was so kind, soft spoken, and genuine. He really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Reid made thoughtful recommendations (I think he gave us at least 5 great options to try!) and his suggestions did not disappoint.

What stood out the most was how authentic and personable he was he didn’t just take our order, he actually made conversation with us and made the whole experience feel welcoming and comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel like a valued guest instead of just another table, but Reid did exactly that.

Bricktown Brewery is lucky to have him, and we’ll definitely be back to see Reid again. If you get the chance, ask for him you won’t regret it!

Tonight was our second time to eat at the Bricktown brewery new location in Mustang. We were not disappointed either time! First night our server was Meghan and we had the gumbo, seafood platter and the boom, boom shrimp, it was out of sight! Tonight Rocky was our server and he can’t be beat! So attentive, making sure that everything was prepared just right and making sure we had everything we needed. Both servers are five stars! Even the host Jared was perfect in suggesting the boom boom shrimp as a appetizer, it was really good and the onion rings that Rocky suggested was delicious too! Tonight I enjoyed the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese, and my husband had the chicken fried steak and mashed potatoes. Both dinners were delicious, that was the best meatloaf I had had in many years, definitely a treat! We had the cheesecake for dessert and that was a real treat! Delicious! We met the manager, Braden on both occasions and he could not be more polite. We definitely will be enjoying Bricktown brewery at their new Mustang...

although bitter about losing s&b we finally caved in and gave this place a chance. food was decent and reasonably priced. they have a good beer selection, but cocktails are a bit expensive. our server tanner was great though! very prompt, polite, answered all my questions and our drinks were never empty.

they are not allowed to carry trays though, I feel bad for the servers. they provide them a tiny tray the size of my hand. even that’s being generous. If they are sat with anything but a 2-3 top they have to make multiple trips for drinks and food. I understand teamwork and wanting to look “higher end” but this just makes service slower, it looks sloppy and if I didn’t have any sense I’d think it made the employees look bad, though it’s not their fault.
