Dunkin' — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

Honestly, this is the worst location in the Myrtle and surrounding areas. I've given it a few tries because it can always just be a bad day. This store consistently has horrible coffee. I have tried it quite a few times getting different things to see if it was just that item, but nothing here is good or made correctly. The coffee is consistently burned or watered down. There's no in-between. Last time we come here, as we just threw the 2 drinks we got out without getting past the first 3 sips. Someone please come re train this store! Seriously this whole place needs trained. Gave it another go for some god awful reason. Less than half a cup of my drink and I even order an extra shot of espresso so I cant imagine there would be anything in the cup if I didnt. Staff is very boldly hating their job and any one who goes here is flat out wasting money. Calling corporate today and making sure anyone near there knows to avoid it and leave reviews. This is just insulting at this point, and for such a high traffic...

This is definitely a first world problem but I still feel that it should be said. I have been going to DD to get a Boston Creme for as long as I can remember. However, when they opened this location (Joe White), the specialty donuts have never been up to what I was used to. According to the pictures at the outdoor menu and online, there is a generous amount of chocolate on the donut and cream on the inside. This was my fourth try and the donuts have all never had enough chocolate to even cover the top of the donut, much less edge over the side as the pictures suggest. I have mentioned it to the folks there before and they were going to 'talk to the baker'. Of course, nothing has ever changed. Is it the end of the world, of course not. But it is just another area we the public is not getting what it is promised and the people on charge evidently can't be bothered. It is just...

WORST Dunkin ever.. I pull up to the drive through mic and ask for 2 caramel iced coffees and the guy is talking like he is in the streets, & says we ran out of iced coffees!!! How are you a coffee place and run out of Iced coffee, then I proceed to pull up to the window yanks there was a dude working drive through very RUDE do not know how he is employed he didn’t have on no Dunkin shirt or hat involved with Dunkin. He gives me my iced coffees he said he didn’t have and they were brown!!! I asked for extra everything and it was the worst coffees I have seen in my LIFE. He was rude so I wasn’t even gonna complain I went home and fixed the drinks myself I said have a good day no words were said or anything, I don’t understand how this business is...
