Not last night, but the night before. i went through the drive thru with my daughter. We ordered a chicken deluxe meal . The drive thru attendant rang up a spicy deluxe combo. We drive around to the second attendant right before where you get your food, but after you pay. He asks me the order to confirm and says spicy chicken deluxe meal. We said no its just a regular chicken. I dont know what rock in myrtle beach they find these managers , but he walks up to his manager. Chip ( chip on his shoulder because he hates his life working hard all night at a restaurant.) Anyway he hands him the order in such confusion. Dude , i promise, in the restaurant business, ur allowed a small amount of waste, and ur inventory wont be off a huge amount by simply , calling out to ur kitchen, "can u replace this spicy with a regular on the fly" coulda just pulled us to a spot to wait and brought out our food. YOUR INCOMPENTCY. no he insisted to get a refund as we yelled from the window its ok , hey its ok , obviously its on a card. It will be refunded days later. We yelled hey stop. And i hear 'chip' say. Let me show yall how its done to the two workers. I pay alot of money in taxes to the south carolina education funds , id like to see results. Or lower that tax. So he insists to ignore my request , we were willing to just take the spicy at this point. But now they are bitter , that they made the mistake and have extremely horrible customer service skills. So the cashier walks back over very rude He , reads back my order and tells me a price. I remind him ive already paid. And he says i refunded you. I said thats why i said never mind, it isnt on my card again for at least 3 days i told you to stop. the cashier looks completely dumbfounded. The manager says yes it takes 24 hours to refund. So this manager KNOWINGLY made that decision without coming to speak with me first. To inform me first , to say hey this will be a 24 hour hold. Didnt make a better decision. Bad management. Then after you messed up and now youve messed up twice as bad you still dont offer a solution a discount ! my meal? He didnt apologize he shrugged. Like not his problem. Now 24 hours later , im disputing my order because chick fil a did not refund it . They let it go through. So in my bank account I have a 20.00 charge from chick fil a. Some christian company. I even told the kid to calm down we all have bad days. Im a manager at burger king. And i would never ever mess up that bad on an order or on issuing a refund. Chick fil a prides its self on its image. It is a very reputable entity. And i feel they need to know they have some uneducated, grouchy , thieving, bad managers, making bad decisions for them . I want my money back. And i dont want a thing else from that specific...
Read moreI am absolutely disgusted with what I seen when I went through the drive through. A “large African American” with a black mask on only one wearing a mask but that’s not my point. Point is I’m sick after seeing how she treated a child employee of hers. I straight told her I’m calling corporate. And I did. She deserved it. She yelled at this kid and he was so scared and intimidated he was backing up away from her and the window slowly as she was yelling at him when all he did was ask for quarters. Yelling at him to go inside and ask for them. But it was how she talked to him and then how she talked to me after words she was the most rude person I’ve ever encountered at a chick fil a. I am disgusted. You don’t treat children like that. Let alone your employees. You are not better than him at all mam. The attitude she gave me when I called her out on it was not okay either. It is not chick fil a standards to be treating people the way she is. She did this infront of customers. Imagine what she’s doing when a customer isn’t looking. There’s a reason why this kid is scared and intimidated by her. You can tell this is something that keeps happening with her. She doesn’t need to be working with the company if she cannot uphold chick fil a standards. Laugh and giggle and treat the other dark skin people good I was noticing. But white kid and me being white. Treat us like trash. I smell some racism here as well with her. This is not okay at all. Why do you have someone like her working for your company. I’m not going back to this location ever again due to her being so nasty to a child and me when I called her out and told her it wasn’t okay how she spoke to him. Spending over 40$ on food for two people. I wasted 40$ today giving it to a racist woman who treats customers and employees like trash. This needs to be fixed...
Read moreI was lost when I walked into Chick Fill Ayyyyy. I was hungry, I was alone, I was hungry. As I stood, staring at the Chik fel a menu, something caught my eye. It was the cashier. A celestial voice asked to take the next customer in line - it was Danielle. As I stared into her eyes, I could tell she wanted more. She wanted more than this fast food life. It was apparent she was unhappy, day in and day out, taking annoying customers' orders. Her eyes were warm and inviting, however. Her slender, beautiful fingers (which I noticed were void of rings of wooing men) glided effortlessly across the keyboard as she punched in my mundane order of two ten pieces, or as I like to call it, A TWENTY PIECE :D. She asked for a name for the order, but I wanted to give her more than a name. I wanted to give her a life outside of this chicken hell. Poor Danielle. I gave her my name with a wink and said "There's more where that came from!" She handed me my receipt, and I took my seat. Within approximately 86 seconds my TWENTY PIECE danced out of the kitchen in the arms of none other than the stunning and radiant Danielle. As she placed down my order, she asked if I needed anything else. I wanted to tell her I needed her, but her smile distracted me. It was crispy on the outside, but chewy on the inside. It was beautiful. Before I could say anything, she was gone, and I never saw her again. I sat quietly, lost in the sauce, eating my chicken felix twenty piece.
Food was pretty good. Fast service. I noticed some waitress was walking right over to cars in the drive thru to take orders, so that seemed pretty cool.
