Bojangles — Restaurant in Myrtle Beach

The food was excellent, however we had several mistakes. We order the tailgate special and ordered 1/2 gal sweet tea and 1/2 gal lemonade, except we got to the window they had completely botched the order and did not even have it close (thought we had a 8 piece tender not the 20 piece tailgate special) once we got out food home we noticed there was no lemonade, only sweet tea (honestly not a huge deal as the sweet tea is amazing (newly transplanted northerner so forgive me if there's better out there I am still searching for it)). There was no sauces included even though we asked prior to leaving "are the sauces in the box" we were told yes, but due to being a drive thru only place we felt as though we didn't have time to check (partly our fault guess we should have checked if our order was correct before leaving). There was also no biscuits in our order even though there was supposed to be 10 of their "world famous biscuits" included in this $56 or so meal. Not too familiar with the menu and what not so forgive me if this was a mistake on our part... When we order the tailgate special we stated boneless chicken tenders (not sure if that meal comes that way or not so forgive me if it's my mistake) and we received chicken wings, breasts, and legs.

Overall great food however the drive thru only location we went to could not seem to get the order correct. They did offer to correct the meal if we returned to their location, however due to time constraints with other appointments planned we could not make it back. I would definitely recommend Bojangles to anyone wanting great fried chicken, but go inside to confirm you're getting the...

A good place for a quick breakfast in the morning with fluffy biscuits. And also a good place for a quick chicken meal for the family. They seem to get the orders pretty much right here through the drive-thru. There is nothing but a drive-thru here which is kind of unpleasant if you want to eat in there's no option to do that. I feel this area is totally lucrative enough where they should have a eat in chicken place somewhere near here. I know they make more money on drive-thru because they don't have to have a dining room. However most of the people of the South are used to Bojangles having dining rooms. This place is set up just like cookout hardly any dining room area whatsoever. However the cookout here in Myrtle Beach does offer a dining room. So I think Bojangles is a healthy company just like Cook Out they should offer a dining room. That is the only downfall to this location. They have a military and some senior discounts if you ask. Most of the time the line here moves very fast. They have gotten my order right 7 out of 10 times I've been there. That's above average for drive-thru establishments in the area. The only reason they don't get a four or five it's because they don't offer a dining room. To me KFC and Bojangles should always have a dining room. The chicken at Bojangles is far and wide better then KFC. More meat on the bone and better side quality. You will be happy you stopped here. Just don't count on getting out...

Fast, courteous service, order was correct even though they use this new Artificial Intelligence voice command ordering now at drive thru. Of course it's operated by a human still, just a computer voice. It's weird but the new way. I got breakfast, light Biscuit w egg & cheese combo w bo rounds & a large light ice sweet tea. Those bo rounds were so hot & fresh! Yummy. Biscuit was light & fluffy as they have Biscuit makers on site making them fresh everyday, in case you didn't know. As well as the sweet tea. There's always someone whom specializes in making the tea. This is why I LOVE ❤️ Southern sweet tea. I come to Bojangles just for the sweet tea most days. I love the fall down in the sugar sweet southern tea. Most places around just aren't sweet enough. You can get unsweetened tea as well don't worry. They are known for their chicken so make sure you get a chicken Biscuit and don't forget the Bo berry biscuits for dessert too. I love when I see the huge blow up "Bo Sheriff" sitting out front at this location in summer it makes me laugh & wanna pull in for some Bo chicken & Bo sweet tea! I've been going to Bojangles for 2 decades now & never disappointed. You gotta go Herr if you've never been. They have great lunch boxes & dinner too! Anytime...
