11-3-2024 I treated myself to a wonderful Sonic Breakfast this morning consisting of a Breakfast Burrito, tots, and a large diet Coke with extra cherry flavoring. After placing a pickup order, I entered stall 6 right at the pickup time. I pressed the red button, and an employee welcomed me and asked if she could help. After telling the employee that I had a pickup order and gave my name, within 2 minutes, she arrived at the stall, smiled and greeted me, told me the contents of the bag, and asked if she could provide further assistance. Katelyn was wearing a nice, clean Sonic uniform. Before she left, Katelyn wished me a great day. The meal was awesome and so was Katelyn's customer service.
It had been quite a while since I had been to Sonic. I had a desire today to have breakfast and I ordered a junior sausage and egg burrito. It was fantastic! For me, it had just the right amount of carbs, and was not extremely filling. I also took advantage of the special app deal a free medium tater tots with purchase. The tots were absolutely delicious! I enjoyed my visit today, Brandi took wonderful care of me, and I plan to return. 6-20-2024 I had a hankering for a Sonic Hot Fudge Sundae today, so I went to the Sonic on Joe White Avenue. Charlee took extra special care of me. She greeted me with a smile and eye contact and offered help. After telling her that I was wanting a hot fudge sundae, Charlee quickly put the order in and brought it out to me. I really love this Sonic location because the employees are always friendly, helpful, and caring. I recommend this location and Charlee to family and friends. 7-7-2024 Before going to church today, I decided to treat myself to breakfast instead of cooking it myself. I went to Sonic on Joe White Ave in Myrtle Beach and Christian greeted me with a smile and eye contact. He remembered me from previous visits, which amazed me. After telling him that I wanted the 1.99 Sonic Queso Burrito, small tots, and a diet cherry coke, Christian politely told me my order would be right out and thanked me. After a very short wait, Christian delivered my order. He always takes good care of me and I appreciate Christian's professionalism and customer service. Read moreI am so disappointed by the inaccuracy of getting my order correct by this establishment!! I frequent this location several times a week for my children's lunch or before dinner snack. I comprehend the probability of a learning curve when new employees arrive frequently, but I have considered it to be a conspiracy theory against me, because they consistently screw up my order!! I take pride in PLACING an order so as to not confuse the order taker. When you order three items such as (2) double stack cheeseburgers PLAIN, (stressing the "plain order" by saying burgers, cheese and bun only) and a chrispy chicken tender sandwich, NO MAYO OR TOMATO, I would expect at least 85-90% likelihood of an accurate order being completed, but unfortunately, this has not been the case in 85-90% of my completed orders. In addition to the food orders being delivered incorrectly, last night I was presented with a total that exceeded my estimate of cost for the order. When I went to the window to pay, I was correct that they over charged me and frankly too mad to ask how a three item value menu order could be overcharged (they obviously screwed up my order AGAIN). I stressed my dismay to the manager and asked if it was a personal issue against ME because this is just a thorn in my side. I've gone inside many times, made jokes about it, etc. At this point I am just plain annoyed and bewildered and I raise my white flag. Please spend more time training your employees to actually READ the order. I am not there to witness how many orders are taken wrong (maybe a volume issue), but at this point, I have resolved to go elsewhere. Life is too short for this type of...
Read moreI was at this Sonic at 1:48 p.m. Monday December 26th 2022. There was only one car ahead of me and one behind me. It's not like the place was slammed. The person taking my order got it right. The prep person either doesn't know the difference between no, add or extra. My order was no ketchup extra pickles extra onions add mustard. The burger had ketchup on it the ticket clearly shows no ketchup. Extra pickles which there were. Extra onions but not as much as I like. So much mustard it was hard to eat. A tomato so green I could hardly tell it from the lattice. It had a green center size of a dime. I've eaten at this Sonic many times. My orders have always been correct and good. I don't know what happened. Devon Speare may need to retrain this prep person. Add doesn't mean extra and no ketchup doesn't mean put it on any way. I would also like to say the young lady delivering my burger when I asked for a handful of pepper actually gave me a handful of pepper. Great job by the order-taker and the young lady delivering my burger. The prep person needs help. I gave this location one more chance. As you can see at 2:24 PM on Monday 1/2/2023 by the receipt NO KETCHUP and by the pictures there is KETCHUP! Is anyone listening? This is ridiculous same order except I asked for a mustard pack and not add mustard. I wanted to be able to eat this burger! Again Raven taking the order got it right the prep person screwed it up! Get a clue! I am not asking for World peace just no KETCHUP...
