If I could leave them a zero, I would. I bought two bedroom sets from this store, totalling over $6,000. I did not finance anything and paid in full at the time I orderd both with a debit card. The first bedroom set in white, came with a damaged dresser that had a huge gouge in the front and two small holes on the side of the dresser. The headboard was also slightly damaged. I was willing to let that go after I was told the dresser would be replaced. I was told that in November, and still have not received it. Both the sales associate Penny, and the service manager TJ will not respond to multiple emails I have sent inquiring about this. I have included pictures of the damage. The second bedroom came in multiple shipments, and none of the pieces matched in color. I was told that this was because the different pieces were manufactured at different locations. Though this should not have happened, I did get a refund for this set. Sure, the sales associates are nice and helpful to get the sale, but if anything goes wrong, they send you to the service nanager TJ, for him to ignore you for as long as possible. Even copying sales on emails where there are issues with products they sold you is a waste of time, because you will get no response from them. I will never shop here again, and would not recommend them to anyone. Their pieces are not much cheaper than other stores if at all, and the staff does not care about the customer at all. Go somewhere else to spend your hard-earned money. Evidently the owner has no idea what type of staff he has.

Wholesale Furniture is somewhere I will never purchase furniture again. Very bad experience with their service part of the store. Bought two leather chairs with ottomans and took the protection plan to cover those for 5 years. Have had to replace arms seats and one of the ottomans has split. I have tried for over a year to get that ottoman fixed (tear in leather) and a seat that their service guys replaced wrong. Seat frame was bent and chair back won’t recline up now. Was told after numerous calls to the service manager that the work we had done earlier was a courtesy. Things that went wrong with my chairs and ottoman were not covered. This is not what I was told when I purchased the furniture. Waiting to get back to a customer for over a year is not very good customer service in my opinion. Then to tell them that they did prior work as a courtesy when I have a warranty. Now they tell me they can’t get or make parts anymore! Last business they will be getting from me. Went here on Monday February 10th 2025 with my mom and aunt to look at furniture for our new house. When we arrived, we were greeted by Kelly, who told us the layout of the store and where to find her if we needed. Kelly was very nice and pleasant. Like any furniture store, they have bedroom sets, dining room sets, living room, decorations and more. We browsed around, and did find a couple of sets that we liked, so my mom started to price them. Kelly did a good job getting back to us in a timely manner with the pricing. It is a huge store! We didn't get anything because we wanted to look around first at other stores. However, if we need more furniture, we may consider this place!

Went here on Monday February 10th 2025 with my mom and aunt to look at furniture for our new house. When we arrived, we were greeted by Kelly, who told us the layout of the store and where to find her if we needed. Kelly was very nice and pleasant. Like any furniture store, they have bedroom sets, dining room sets, living room, decorations and more. We browsed around, and did find a couple of sets that we liked, so my mom started to price them. Kelly did a good job getting back to us in a timely manner with the pricing. It is a huge store! We didn't get anything because we wanted to look around first at other stores. However, if we need more furniture, we may consider this place!

I moved to Myrtle Beach May 2017. I purchased several rooms of furniture from Wholesale Furniture Gallery. My bed set has been a nightmare since I bought it. The mattresses have caved in, with a ridge down the center which makes you roll off the bed.

The mattress has been replaced 3 times. Each time it does the same thing. T J. The manager even came out and agreed there was a problem with the bed. He replaced the box springs thinking they were bowed and added another support board. Still you feel like your rolling out of bed.

I called in to report this last mattress was doing the same thing. Mark the assistant manager refused to refund my money and take this bedroom set back. He thought he could bully me by saying he has sold mattresses 28 years and what I'm saying that is happening with this bed isn't possible. Mind you Mark has NEVER came and saw the problem nor does he have to try to sleep in this bed. That he will not refund my money and that he would replace it one more time and that's it!! I believe it's the bed frame itself with the support system causing the problem. Either way I have asked for them to pick this bedroom set up and refund my money after multiple attempts to fix the problem, including me upgrading the mattress thinking maybe that would help.

Mark is a bully who thinks he can shut me up on their failure to stand behind what they sale. Their own delivery men have told me they have seen this happen many times with mattresses and that these mattresses were discontinued, which was never disclosed to me.

I think you should think twice before ever buying anything from this company. If I knew the corporate name that they hide behind I would take them to court.

Mark should be fired, and my money should be refunded for this bedroom set. Buyers beware!! They do not stand behind what they sell. They are fully aware there is problems...

We purchased a couch and a couple large pieces there, everything was delivered on time and in good condition. We went back in to buy a bedroom set and the one I wanted wasn't on the floor, but I really wanted to see it before buying so we got the price for it and were going to check a store that had one on the floor. Our sales guys gave us a write up with the "discounted price" just for us... when we went to the next store to take a look at the actual furniture the sales woman there gave us a quote, without "special discounts" and it was $1,000.00 less than our special price from Wholesale Furniture. Needless to say we purchased it from the second store, and although we had already spent a significant amount of money and were working with the same man on the next purchase he never even followed up to see why we didn't come back to finish the transaction. I can't even imagine how much we over payed on our first purchase. They turn 'em and burn 'em- there is no concern about the customer or their experience it is simply who can make the sale the fastest at the highest price and get them out. Very...
