Very very very unprofessional and the cashier was rude and condescending. Drive through had no notice of drive thru not working. My wife asked for biscuits and gravy, but wanted her gravy on the side. Michele was our cashier, and she flipped out about it being on the side. She was yelling to the woman behind her that "She wants it to go but she wants it for here." But she had alot of sass and condescenscion in her tone. They didn't let anyone have a receipt at the beginning and we're handing out the orders to the wrong people. They ran out of biscuits and we had to personally wait about half an hour for 3 biscuits. No one in the lobby was happy. Michele or any of the staff never apologized to anyone about the wait time. They talked together in loud voices about how it was basically all the customers fault that we were hungry. Several people including ourselves were talking about how this was the worst Hardee's experience ever. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but I think people should know. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I wish I had gone somewhere else. This was a horrible way to finish our vacation. I love Hardee's, but this was unacceptable. It was funny that there was a sign behind the cashier that said to make sure you smile. She was never once happy. I've worked fast food and know it can suck. But I never reflected an attitude such as theirs. I wish them the best but can not...
Read moreI'll give this Hardee's 2 stars due only to most of the breakfast special being good. I walked in and could tell from 2 other customers standing outside the register area they had been waiting inordinately long. The young man at the register had just taken someone's order but was having a helluva time making change for the person. This debacle went on for several minutes while what appeared to be 2 of the management team allowing him to sink or swim. Finally, one of the team came over, helped him make change for the customer so he could go to the next customer. I casually said to him, "Hey, it's okay, take a breath" to diffuse any frustration he was having. I ordered with no problem but the wait was again longer than it should have been. When he brought me my to go container, I looked and if there was one egg's worth in there, you'd need an optometrist visit. I asked him if this was supposed to be 2 eggs in the special. He said he didn't know and made no attempt to pursue it. Basically, he was a deer in the headlights - I don't think it was because he didn't care. Uh, training #1 and right behind it, emphasis on customer service #2. I had to ask him for ketchup twice after he brought me the flatware on my first request but forgot the ketchup. It appeared management was...
Read moreI worked at this location for less than a year and I have more good to say than bad... Very clean, We all had weekly cleaning assignments at one point, and night shift was so slow there wasn’t anything else to do, besides clean. Customer service was a must and I’d rate it 5 stars if I’d been a customer, it could have been better from some employees, but you’ll see that anywhere you go in fast food.. Food Prep: Almost everything besides breakfast was made to order, & fairly fast. The manager meant well for the most part, but he did not know how to reprimand his employees professionally, in my opinion. The assistant manager was great at satisfying angry customers. She was also great at consoling anybody going through a hard time, she was fair and very motivated to motivate everyone else. But back to the manager He was very fair though when it came to hiring or rehiring or giving employees a chance to get it together before he’d make a decision to let them go or not. He meant well, and I think he was just overwhelmed with different problems and in turn ended up taking it out on the staff sometimes. I think over all this was a good place to work for, but even a better place to eat at. & that’s thanks to Chris, Cindy & the rest of the team! Hope y’all are doing great! MUCH LOVE...
