They're right up the road from my house so I can't help but go to this one. The next one after that is on the other side of market common and up the road by the waffle House and the other ones all the way in Surfside. But I need to start going to those other ones because this store just never gets anything right I've had problems with bacon I've had problems with getting my food just plain meat cheese only always give me a fully dressed sandwich always give me a piece of bacon broken in half and just a half. Always has an attitude I've had hair in my breakfast sandwiches twice. The district manager Irving Davy I've had to call more than one occasion on the store and looks like I have to call him again I got in line at 10:40 p.m. line wrapped so far around the building that it was actually in the street outside the parking lot by 11:20 I get to the speaker on their thing it says give us the code for your rewards first and then place your order it's written right there on their speaker I say my code is and she goes no you don't give me the code you give the cashier the code I said no ma'am it says on your speaker to give the code now because the new rewards program actually applies the coupon when I order by giving you this by giving you this code My card's actually saved into the app It'll automatically charge me and I just pull up to the window they can meet our seat and then I get my food and go. She says no just give me your order I said a large fry she says we're out of large fries I said we'll give me a basket of fries I give you a basket fries that's fine anything else I said I would like a hot fudge sundae is your machine working we don't do any ice cream after 11:00 and I said well I've been in line since 10:40 that's not fair I just sat here in line for that long for no reason cuz you don't have my large fry and you don't have the ice cream well sorry you wasted your time with an attitude just pull around so I pull around I pay the person at the window I get to her she hands me out my fries rudely and I said ma'am your new rewards works in a different way I'm supposed to give you this code first It says it right there on your speaker and she goes no you don't You give it to the cashier Now pull forward and just leave I said no I'm not going to pull forward and just leave with an attitude like that she slams the window in my face and then I sit there for a minute because I know the manager and I'm expecting him to come to the window they ignore me the other car is behind me honk so I pull off and then I get around the corner and the fries that they gave me for the fry basket weren't even cooked all the way And I sit there and I called them and I called them and I called them and I'm not about to get another hour long line so I will be speaking to Irving...

Read moreI have dealt with a lot of bull from this McDonald's. With few cheap options around my job I have frequently visited this McDonald's. Around 15% of the time I have a great experience. I get my food quick and have decent customer service. The best part of this McDonald's is the older white lady with short hair who made me a Macchiato. Now that we are done with the good stuff let's talk about the bad. The other 85% of the time I order her I wait 20-30 minutes to get my food no matter how small or large the order. I have waited nearly an hour for my food on multiple occasions. This alone is unacceptable, but I dealt with it. Their food is also just about what you expect from McDonald's or worse. I have never had an excellent meal from this McDonald's. Today's experience was the last straw for me. I had ordered 3 sandwiches included in the picture and a large fry. The fries I received were about as hard as chips. Absolutely fried to death. I had no time on my lunch break to go back and exchange this and was starving so I ate the 10 or so fries that were edible before putting the rest of the crunchy fries back into the bag. I also received a McChicken instead of a double hamburger. (Not even close). When I got off work I went to get an exchange for these. The manager argued about the missing fries saying that they "were gone" when really a few were missing. The fries that were left in the box were NOT acceptable to be served. If I were in her position I would be nothing but embarrassed and apologetic, but she was nothing but rude and acted as if I was somehow scamming her when they were at fault for serving me inedible food.
