Amending my previous positive review: Warning to any vegetarians/vegans: the staff does NOT care about cross-contamination. Including today, I’ve had 3 total times where I’ve ordered something vegetarian, and there was a piece/pieces of steak/chicken/etc inside of it. It would normally happen in burrito bowls, so I’d just throw the meat out and eat around it. I ordered chips and queso today through the app and decided to just eat it inside. There was a huge chunk of meat inside the queso. I let the cashier know immediately. She simply looked at me like I was crazy and said “sorry.” That was it. She didn’t offer to replace it or anything. As soon as I saw the meat, I threw away my queso and stopped eating it. I’m never going back here. I usually try to be understanding, but it’s clear they don’t care at this point. I’ve been a vegetarian for over 4 years now, and feel sick to my stomach knowing there was steak/whatever marinating inside my queso and they didn’t care.
Old review: So thankful for this amazing Chipotle in Nac! Food quality is usually spectacular with great portion sizes. Their agua frescas and lemonades are addicting and so good on a hot day (or any day). The team is friendly and accommodating.
My only complaints are corporate matters: I wish that the free entree reward in the app didn’t leap from 1,250 points to 1,400 with no warning. With all the money I spend here, it takes forever to earn a free entree. Also, I hope the vegan chorizo returns one day – it was my favorite protein...
Read moreWARNING: EXTREMELY ADDICTING!! I have never been a fan of a mexican style restaurant that builds bowls and burritos with no ground meat option. I don't like the texture of Shredded meat AT ALL!! So my 1st visit, I chose Sofritas, ( a plant based meat ). I've been eating it ever since. The Cilantro Lime Rice has a wonderful flavor, and their corn is sweet and devine!! I could list every ingredient to tell how amazingly delicious it is, but it would be best to just say go try it for yourself. I found myself delivering Chipotle food to a birthday celebration out of town because they took my word for it, and there were no disappointed guests. I would have given 5 stars but in all honesty, every visit isn't the same. Most times, my order is near perfect, but there are a few times, the food designer wants to be precise which leads to more rice than anything else and the toppings are skimmed off to nearly nothing before being applied to my meal. Finally, the price is not my friend. I meantioned this food is highly addictive, but you have to have a wallet to support such cravings as they run you roughly $15 per item. They charge extra for the 2 best toppings on them, which is queso & guacamole. I'm rounding the drinks from $3-$6. So when I eat here it is mainly a treat, but if I could I would be eating Chipotle at least 2xs a week....
Read moreThis place is great! They have a high chair, kids meals, seems family friendly.
The only catch is they don't have a changing table. Who has a high chair and doesn't have changing tables? You can buy these things off of Amazon and mount them on the wall for $30 and an afternoon. Instead, I had to change my one year old's clothes and diaper in the front seat of my car. I had to kneel on the ground in their parking lot to change my kid. And then they didn't even have a trash can outside.
And both bathrooms were covered in water. There was like a half inch of water covering the ground.
It doesn't matter how good the food is. It's ridiculous that you have high chairs and kids meals but don't have a changing table. So, what, are we putting 10 year olds in high chairs now? Is that why you don't need changing...
