I usually love flash backs, unfortunately this time when I tipped they added a extra zero, I called to ask it took me calling 10 times for them to answer, when I explained what happened the manager started to explain and then stopped to say “are you even listening.” Then said “it was an accident, sh-t happens.” And I had to have my bank handle it, and when I said I told her I was just gonna come up to figure it out she said “well I’m the manager honey, and this is what’s happening.” They were not helpful or nice whatsoever, literally was just trying to celebrate with my friends. This has happened to friends before too so it’s not just them having a bad night.

I didn't demand cash I asked if we could keep the extra charge for cash instead to pay bills i would have tomorrow you said there was nothing you could do and it would be in my bank Monday, i asked if there was any other way, and you said no . I said IF my money ended up not being returned then I would have issues and in response that's when you said "sh-t happens". Once again you said there was nothing you could do and I said ok fine goodnight. I said I didn't need to she the transaction receipt because I understand it was an accident and I believed it would be refunded and honestly i just didn't want to waste any more of my time. It wasn't hostile or false. I literally have proof if you have issues with my review I am more then fine with showing. I know multiple people who had the exact same experience and have had issues with the management. People can see the service just buy your responses to people who have issues. I understand if it was busy or if it is a hard night but as someone who has worked in food service, the way you seem to treat anyone who was upset by their experience is terrible. Read moreIf I could give this place triple ZERO stars I would. My friends (group of 5) and I decided to go this establishment for dinner and drinks. Let me start by saying we had to ask the waitress Macy for menus. We ordered drinks and my friend did not like her drink(it cane came highly recommended by Macy), she took a sip and asked Macy if she could send it back and order something else. Macy proceeded to say you can send it back but you still have to pay for it. My friend decided to keep it if she was going to pay for it. Next it was time to order food, we had to ask another waitress to get Macy because she was not tending to our table well. I ordered wings and asked if I could have all flats she said no. Fine I ordered them anyway. Food came out, we had to ask for napkins and silverware. We never saw Macy again until it was time to give us the check. A friend of ours stepped away from the table to talk to some friends at the bar and Macy assumed he skipped out on the bill we told her he was at the bar and we were still here so its going to get paid for either way. We paid our bill, I decided to leave a $2 tip because our service was terrible, I usually leave my servers a 20% or more tip but she did not earn nor deserve anything. My friends decided to leave nothing. As we left the restaurant Macy proceeded to chase after and confront us on why she did not get a tip. She stated she served us for 2 hours. My friend's had to explain their rationale for not tipping ( mind you one of our friends is a waitress). As we were crossing the street from the restaurant another waitress runs out and proceeded to yell and scream at us telling us not to come back. Fast forward to the next day my friends and I decide to go back and speak to a manager because we have never experienced such poor service. We get to the restuarant and spoke to Manager Lauren who was very dismissive of our concerns and stated she tells her servers to ask why they didn't get a tip. This is very poor practice. Read moreThis was a pretty bad experience. We waited almost 2 hours and never got our food. We did get an appetizer, but that took about 30 minutes and the appetizer was just cheese, fries, and bacon bits. They literally had one waitress on shift when they probably should’ve had about three. This place looked like it was worth checking out however, after this experience, I cannot say that I will be back for a second time. I hope they are getting a new cook and considering getting more waitresses.
I noticed that the owner or someone on the account is attempting to troll my review. A review is meant to be a snapshot of a persons experience at your establishment. The owner admitted they were understaffed and also misrepresented my post by saying that the food took over two hours when in actuality , it was almost 2 hours, not over. The fact that they were so quick to react in this kind of way pretty much shows you the establishments attitude so again I will not be back and after that kind of response I would advise you go there for drinks only.
update final I periodically review my post to stay accurate, but I see that the owner of this establishment is still trolling honest reviews about his business. I have not been back to this place since I posted the original review on/about June 2024 and in seeing how this person responds to bad business reviews I will never probably go again.
