Mattress Firm Nacogdoches — Hotel in Nacogdoches

I needed a mattress pad/protector that I believed at the time needed to be queen size. I am here temporarily helping my brother after surgery, and was basing this on info he had given me about the size. I had found the perfect product at Walmart, but they were out of queen size. I settled for the mattress protector at Mattress Firm because it appeared to be my only other choice. When I got the item back to his apartment, i immediately measured his bed before taking the item out of its package. It measured to be a full size rather than a queen, so I returned to Mattress Firm to return the item. I knew I could purchase the correct full-size pad at Walmart, so I did not wish to exchange the Mattress Firm item for a different size. The clerk was very nice, but apparently was restrained from giving me a refund because of company policy. I had to wait while he made phone calls to two different people to get authorized to make the refund. It took about 10 minutes. Roger (the manager and sales associate) was awesome!! We stopped by Mattress Firm fairly close to closing time on a Saturday with our two kids to look for a new bed for them. He took the time (which went past their hours) to help us go through a few options for the kids (and only laughed as our two young, wild boys ran around taking the store’s toys from bed to bed). He even let my husband and me try a few of the beds (knowing good and darn well we weren’t buying one for the grown-ups) :) We opted to not purchase our mattress today, but regardless as to whether or not we go with the mattress from this store, I would definitely recommend this store for anyone looking to purchase a mattress! We currently own a SleepNumber, but due to his level of service, I will try the beds at this store and give serious consideration to moving to a brand this Mattress...

Have to give kudos to these 2 salesmen! We explained what we were looking for, what our budget was, and received superior customer service! Salesman moved mattresses around, answered questions, and helped us to quickly choose what we needed. There was no b.s. in this sale. I've never bought a mattress so quickly! When we asked about financing, all options were sufficiently explained and applied for. We chose to finance, to help raise a credit score back up from a recent hard credit search, knowing we would pay the balance on or before the first billing cycle. We were grateful for this option.
