Hot Shots Brew Crew — Restaurant in Nampa

Very disappointed with service. I ordered a Thanksgiving bagel and medium coffee, not even realizing till after I left, my statement notified me I spent 17 dollars and some change. I knew at that moment something was wrong. I called hot shots and said i think there was a mistake and asked what happend on my order. They said after taxes my total came to 13 dollars and I left a tip of 3 dollars and some change.. I never gave a tip. I know after talking to a few friends this is a common thing with hot shots and you really have to watch that keypad especially cause they dont hand it to you! I was disappointed with what happened and I said I did not approve for that tip and all the young lady said was, I'm sorry about that. Very shocked and because of this I will not be going to hot shots again. They should be ashamed for not making it right. I hope this goes out to those that continue going to Hot shots. Watch out and don't be to engaging when paying for your order pay attention because there out her giving themselves tips...

I went there this morning, I usually go to Dutch brothers, but this morning the line was backed up almost out to 12th. I told the girl working it was my first time and she asked what my usual order is at Dutch. She recommended a drink and it was good! I wish the menu was at the window though, there was a car behind me while I was trying to read the menu and felt like I needed to go to the window so they didn't need to wait on me. I want to go back, but wish I could find a legit drink menu, because I like to browse the menu before hand so I know what I'm ordering when I get there, especially during the week when I'm pinched for time before work. Love their coffee and enjoy being able to support this local business for the last year or so. Unfortunately, they put the horse before the cart with their update and expansion and havent seemed to figure out a systems flow yet. Be prepared to WAIT. If you get trapped in line its almost always a 20 minute wait or longer for coffee unless youre lucky and show up when no one else is in line. The cost of their coffee went up after the updates which is expected but I dont want to wake up 30 minutes earlier to wait for even more expense coffee. Hope they can get the staff and systems updated because id rather support them than...
