She helped me with a green jacket that I purchased as a gift at the Emmett store, and she called to all of the other local stores looking for the jacket (the right color and size), that I needed, she even gave me a paper with all of the information that I needed too. That kind of customer service is rare at any time of year, but especially during the Christmas season, and she should be the poster child for FANTASTIC CUSTOMER CARE!! Bimart is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday,Sunday and holidays from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm . Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Easter are close. The membership is only $5.00 dollars for a lifetime, and if you move, you can transfer stores free of charge. I don’t shop here much but have had an unpleasant experience each time. This last time, an item I was trying to buy was stocked and priced incorrectly and when I protested the price, I received the most idiotic explanation as to why the price advertised next to the item was not the price and I fact I needed to pay the higher price.
