McDonald's — Restaurant in Nampa

Usually the McDoubles are pretty consistent and good, but occasionally you get really messy ones or really scorched cheese and/or meat. The fries are a hit or miss. The prices have gotten crazy high, but that's everywhere anyway. Customer service is ok. I've only had one really bad experience, with curbside pickup. My order was wrong even after waiting nearly 30 mins out in my car with 2 hungry boys. We ended up finally getting it, seeing it was wrong and then having to go inside and wait for the right order. When we finally got it, the burgers were put together so fast that the meat barely even made it inside the bun, ketchup and lettuce were all over everything, wrapper was actually inside out, got jipped on fries, & everything was just so sloppily thrown together, and lukewarm at best. I should've taken a pic then and showed it the next time I came in, but we were all so hungry and boys just wanted to eat. But luckily we haven't had an issue like that since, and that was several months ago. Every time I go here I get shorted something. First time, I ordered a mcdouble with tomatoes and didnt find out that they neglected to add them until I got home. I went back to get it fixed and rather than the manager replace my cold burger with a fresh one that had tomatoes, the manager gave me a tomato slice in a box. Along with a side of attitude and dirty looks. The second time, they shorted me 4 hashbrowns. Once again, I went back to get my issue resolved and was met with a sigh of disgust, a dirty look, and a bad attitude. And it was the same manager that I had dealt with before: Lenny. This evening I went through and they shorted my two year old son his apple slices. I didnt bother going back to complain. At this point I'm figuring "fool me once, shame on you, fool me two more times? I cant put the blame on you." I can, however never purchase so much as a drink from this establishment. Odds are they'd drop the ball on that too. If a member of the McDonalds hierchy happens to be reading this, please do something about Lenny. I can understand a crew member lacking in proper customer service etiquette, but not the person that is supposed to be...

I really enjoy the new design of this McDonalds. The employees are nice, and they have a T.V you can watch the news on. Its in a great location if you need to go shopping and need to stop by for some food. Its open 24 hours, and its always clean inside.

The only thing that bugs me is that it lacks space. The only reason why I say this isn't because there is a ton of people coming in, but there is a ton of internet hoggers. Meaning there is a bunch of individuals who take up a whole entire booth just to read their kindle, play on their laptop, or do homework. There is only 6 tables left along with a long stool seating. Not a whole lot of people like stool seating at all, and I never see people sitting on them hardly anyways. There is 9 booths, and pretty much the majority of them only have one person sitting in the booth who isn't even dining in, and just using the WIFI available here.

I have nothing against people who need to use the internet. Internet is expensive, and perhaps a lot of them don't have it at home. But it makes it rather difficult for people who came to dine and can't find a comfortable...
