Rocco's Roadhouse — Restaurant in Nampa

Hounstly I don't like the bar tender for Fridays night Hounstly right away when I walked in the bar tender around 6 39pm on the 29th of August she was looking at me extremely rude and let me tell you it's not even close to right pered at all to give me that kind of face expression extremely because I have a neck pain problem twitching a lot she is also from my standard she is kinda ridiculously completely rude time to time I don't think hounstly that is even close to right at all period I will also explain to you my feelings were a little hurt and me with some sort of family experience my family had a restaurant back in 1950,s to closes as 1960,s around that time when it comes to a actual business you have to be really professional and don't have any right pered to be rude or looking at someone else the wrong way or just Bing really extremely difficult or just Bing plain on not respectful Pryor to your job and position if I actually has to make a star what I think about how I would review my experience it would hounstly be only one star because I didn't like anything about that bar tender on Friday 29th of August I was not going to be disrespect like that pered hounstly I promise on my hole life I am not going to go there anymore so just making a point if anyone else hounstly understand on how I feel get that bar tender out of there asap because I feel like she is nothing more than a trouble maker Aaron...

I was an infrequent visitor for a couple of years prior to the change in owneeship. I experienced a not-so-friendly, tightknit crowd and sometimes staff that we're probably drinking more than the customers. Rocco and Wendy have turned this place around in so many ways. The atmosphere is always inviting and fun for EVERYONE. The drinks are always well-made. If you're not sure what you'd like, one of the amazing bartenders will fix you up with something that will please your pallet. The karaoke system is awesome (not to mention- set up by an actual musician. Not some tech guy who thinks the system sounds good). The dance floor almost always has someone on it. The music (live or DJ'd) is always good. The New Year party was an absolute hit. It was glow themed and set up so perfectly. We had originally planned our NY celebrations in Boise but decided to stay at the Canteen and take an Uber back to our hotel. I feel bad for anyone who wasn't there. Every event at this place is going to be hands-down the best in Nampa and surrounding areas. Guys, I could go on for pages about how awesome this bar is and how amazing the new owners are and how perfect the bartenders are...bbuuttt you just need to check it out...

I had a great first time here on Friday. Friendly atmosphere and people. Made friends almost instantly. Unfortunately when I checked my bank account the next day I noticed I had been double charged. Once without the tip and again with the tip. I'm hoping to get this resolved and hope it's fixed appropriately because I would love to come back again.

Update: My review is not inaccurate as I recognize I paid two separate times. However, my account was showing I was double charged for both purchases. After going back to Rocco's to discuss the matter, I met with Wendie and she saw the screenshot of my statement. Apparently it has happened before. Something with certain banks taking awhile to go through properly. This has never happened to me before so it was a little startling. I gave my phone number and Wendie was very helpful and attentive in making sure this got resolved. The correct two charges are now showing and the other two dropped off. As I stated previously, this is a great place and I had a wonderful time. I'd love to come back again and hang out in the back outside area as it has plenty to offer.
