Let me start off with saying I need to give this place another try. I was on a diet so only ordered chicken tacos which were pretty good. They weren’t “impressive” but the taste was definitely there. Normally my go to is Asada tacos so we will try that next time. My husband got a big burrito which again was very good. I would have to say the prices are just a tad over priced but you do pay for the experience of the Taco Bus. It’s not your average taco truck where you order from a window and eat standing up or drive home. They do have the option to sit down in the bus where you can watch your food being made. Solid 4 star experience for tacos. Quesa-birria was decent and the burrito for a regular size ($8) was huge. The red salsa was tamarind in flavor, not a big fan but the heat was awesome! Tamarind led to some sweeter salsa, and that wasn’t quite what I was looking for. Their green salsa was excellent. All our dishes came with grilled onions- great touch!
