If you have Food allergies I would recommend you avoid this place! Arrived around 5pm with no wait to be seated. We ordered drinks from a waitress who never told us her name. She returned to fill our glasses after about 10 mins and I explained I have a food allergy and asked if she could help me find something I could eat from the menu. She said okay but left after I ordered an appetizer. She didn’t make any entree suggestions at all. She hadn’t been very friendly or talkative and felt very impersonal. Appetizers arrived quickly and we enjoyed the MacNcheese Eggrolls. Our waitress returned 3 more times to fill our cups but wouldn’t stay long enough for us to ask to order food. Finally we flagged her down and asked her name (Elise) and asked to order food. We were there an hour at this point waiting to order (45 mins if you don’t count ordering apps) and had both decided what we wanted. I started to order the Classic Burger, but Elise informed me that my allergy would not be accommodated because they cool my trouble food on the grill. I asked if they could clean a spot for me and Elise said “they weren’t willing to clean the grill” or even part of the grill for me. She said I would have to order off the fried food items or salads. She left while I frustratingly re-evaluated the menu. I could have picked something sooner had she informed me when I told her about my food allergy. I picked a salad and she told me It came with grilled chicken and since they weren’t cleaning the grill, it would need to be fried. I gave up and asked for the loaded Tater-tots and a side salad. The food was decent, the service was crud and the lack of willingness to work with food allergies was appalling. I will not be back. Super sad since this place was highly recommended...

I felt it only right to give credit where credit is due.

A little while back I submitted a review of an experience I had dining at holy cow that was less than stellar.

This past weekend my friend and I returned to eat dinner once again. All i can say is freggin' WOW!

The staff were on point, they didn't skip a beat! Absolutely impeccable! And it's only right of me to applaud the Same manager as my last visit, for she definitely shined, displaying excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional and very helpful.

I can't say enough about my most recent visit. The food was spectacular and whatever changes were made since my last visit have definitely made a difference.

Great job!

I have to say I've been to holy cow on previous occasions and it's been a pleasant experience.

But as I text this review I'm currently sitting and waiting for my order and have never experienced such rude and poor customer service from not only a restaurant employee but the restaurant manager as well.

In voicing my displeasure with how rude we have been treated so far to the young manager, i was met with a response of, well it is close to closing time.

The food is good as usual, but good or not I won't return to holy cow for some time.

I decided to edit my review due to having submitted it prior to finishing my meal and paying for dinner.

Upon finishing my meal and receiving my check I guess the manager decided to take $2.00 off of my bill. Upon paying for my bill i guess since she gave me a $2.00 discount she felt it not necessary to give me my change and rounded down. I've never seen any restaurant use this practice!

The food was good but I hate to say it there are some poor management personel...

Very good food! The chef is on point with everything we ate! The notorious and mushroom burgers were so good and so were the perfectly golden tots!

I'm not giving 5 stars due to the staff and management. Our lovely waitress who did a great job was obviously new to the business. We have no problem with that as we learned this is her second job and shout out to her working so hard to make a good life!

She was getting a bit overwhelmed keeping up and got flustered after some small issues like not tomatoes and onions on the burger. This stuff happens. What was really disappointing and frustrating for us was the complete lack of help she was getting from her manager and other team mates. We sat and watched the manager get frustrated with her due to a few mistakes but instead of jumping in to help coach her, get her caught back up and help the customers waiting, she wondered around chatting with people at the bar area who were drinking... She could have easily doubled the speed of service by being helpful and at least checked in on the tables that were moving so slow. Some team mates tried helping but made negative comments about our waitress in front of customers.

I understand that this place just opened a few weeks ago and we will be going back, hopefully the culture of the team improves and the manager is more involved in ensuring a great experience and helping her staff. Also strongly recommend having you staff member who seats customer help with small things while she isn't helping anyone in the front.

Shout out to our waitress! Stay strong, keep learning and...

It was just OK. With all the talk surrounding Holy Cow, I had pretty high expectations, especially considering the prices. Everything on the menu sounded delicious and well-crafted. The burgers are made from locally sourced wagyu. I landed on the Rude Boi Burger (1/2 pound beef patty, charred jalapeno, house made pimento cheese, bacon, roasted jalapeno aioli on a toasted brioche bun, $17.50). I wasn't asked how done I wanted it cooked, and I should have made a comment because this sammy was dry af. Even in the very middle. The meat was definitely high quality and it probably would have been a delicious burger if it was cooked to my liking. The jalapenos delivered zero heat. I didn't hate it, but it was just an ordinary burger. It was very good dipped in fry sauce. The fries were good but nothing extraordinary. My husband ordered the Sam Elliot, which came with pulled pork and bacon, American and cheddar cheese, BBQ Sauce and "cowboy" mayo ($18.00). When I asked how it was, he said, "Meh." He, too, would rather have been asked how done he'd like it cooked. The service was pretty good! Our service did ask how everything tasted to which I responded, "It's alright." She took the time to ask about my concerns and I appreciated that! I suggested they consider how doneness can really make or break a burger and kindly ask their patrons. She was incredibly receptive to the feedback and said she'd take it to the chef. :) It'll be a while before I return but I believe I will. Everyone deserves second chances and I would love to come back in a few months ready for a five star review!

We were excited to try this restaurant, but it was pretty disappointing. The place is in a great location interesting vibe we had a table with kids that were pretty loud, I had the strawberry lemonade that tasted just like the minute maid, water tasted really bad tapped watern Now the food We were excited to try this restaurant, but it was pretty disappointing. The place is in a great location; the vibe was interesting, but we had a table near some pretty loud children. I had the strawberry lemonade, which tasted just like Minute Maid; the tap water tasted really bad. The food wasn't impressive either. I had the elk sliders; they were too dry, and the sauce was basically nonexistent. I liked the garlic aioli, and the fries were pretty mediocre. My wife had the good ol bacon burger, but she wasn't impressed with it either. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience, but it was definitely your average burger restaurant. impressing either I had the elk sliders they were too dry sauce was basically unexistent I like the garlic ailioli that they had fries where pretty mediocre, my wife had the rude bou burger she wasn't impressed with it either overall not a bad expirence but defenitely your average burguer restaurant.
