Nueva Vida Bakery — Restaurant in Nampa

As a bakery, they are great. For tacos and burritos, not so much. They tell me their kitchen is open until 6pm, but they usually close early and I don't get the dinner I planned and traveled for. They will close as early as 4pm some days. The food is okay and, I have eaten here many times, but the inconsistent hours for their kitchen has made me bitter enough times where I will not go back for their tacos and be disappointed again.

One star because their mexican breads are good. Just disappointed, went in to buy 19 carne asada tacos today. Asked for one more lime on each plate and wanted to charge me when the other day they said it was free for extra limes. Spoke to the male owner and he gave me 1/4 of the lime instead of 1/8 of it. Went home and all my meat was crispy burned. I call and spoke to the male owner and gave me my money back but got banned from ever buying there😡 because I called to complain about their burned...

Decent bread selection but they run out fast, flour tortillas made fresh daily. One thing I hate about this place is they charge a fee to use a credit/debit card and you need to pay attention as it’s a set fee, but at times the ladies at the store will charge what they want.
