Jason suggested that the fan we purchased would be too small for our outdoor area - he could have installed it but wanted a satisfied customer so he recommended a fan with specific dimensions- we purchased a fan per Jason’s recommendations and he came back and professionally installed it - very happy and satisfied - nice job Jason 👍🏻

REVISION - since the posting of my comment there has been a turn in events. Based on Jason's recommendations we purchased an extension are to maximize air flow. However, there is a 'ticking' noise coming from where the extension arm goes into the ceiling backed. I called back to request that Jason come out to address the ticking noise. I was initially told by the person that answered the phone on 06Jul21 that there would be an additional charge as they only warrant the install and not the noise created from the install. Since I paid over $300.00 for the install I asked that this be revisited and that if necessary to remove the extension arm and put on the arm that came with the fan. I was told that they would need to speak with a Manager and they would call me back in the afternoon. It is now 08Jul21 and I had received no phone call so I called back and was simply told that they only warrant the electrical install and not any noise created by the electricians suggestion. I question weather any conversation happened with any Manager. Be aware that you need to be specific in your instructions when hiring Same Day Electric as to what you are expecting. I should have requested an install where no noise would be created by the electricians recommendations, but at the time I never would have thought to ask this, but now I know better.

UPDATE - After being told by Kaitlyn on 06Jul21 that I would be charged a service call fee to come back and check the ceiling fan I decided not to spend any more money with Save Day Electric, but reviewed the installation on 10Jul21 and discovered that the fan shroud was not installed properly as I suspected. This had nothing to do with the fan, nor the extension rod but only with the installation.The tech did not seat and secure properly the under housing which caused the ticking noise. I removed, re-inserted and attached it properly and no more ticking noise. When I called back on 12Jul21 to inform Same Day Electric that I fixed the improper installation they only responded with 'great'. When I ask for a refund due to their installation shortcuts I was told that they could not do this after-the -fact and they they would have come out for free to fix it which is contrary to what I was originally told. I had an outlet installed for electric vehicle. The technician was kind and efficient. However, there was a coupon for $250 off my installation that I would have very much appreciated and there was no mention of this. Very disappointing. Secondly, I was informed I’d need to have the installation inspected. The technician said he took pictures that they may use to approve the install without an on-sight visit. I was told that I would receive notice of confirmation if the pictures were not acceptable. I did not receive this notice so I thought the matter was taken care of. I later received a text message stating I missed my inspection apt and to call the office back to reschedule. The service I received from this point on was horrible and very disrespectful. They put me on an extremely long hold and had no desire to try and help reschedule my apt or resolve my issue. I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone who would like descent customer service as a part of their experience. Very disappointed in the service of the office. Jace and his partner did an outstanding job. They installed surface mount led lights in the garage that look and work excellent. They installed 4 ceiling fans and installed 8 wafers and installed two outlets in the garage . They completed all this work in one day. I was expecting at least 3 days of work . They work very efficiently and showed a great amount of professionalism. They also saved me money . I was told during the quote that there would be additional holes cut out in ceiling of the family and living room to run wire for the wafers.
