I am writing in response to your recent reply to our review regarding our experience at your glass shop. We are deeply disappointed and appalled by the defamatory and unprofessional nature of your response.
Firstly, let me clarify that at no point during our visit did we make any inquiries or insinuations about methamphetamine paraphernalia. Your accusation in your response is completely false and unfounded. We did not ask the staff a single question or inquire directly to the staff about any products during our visit. It is both irresponsible and damaging to make such baseless claims about your customers, especially considering that my boyfriend is a veteran, a fact that you observed when he visited your establishment, as was mentioned in our previous review.
Furthermore, your mention of the drug fentanyl is completely unwarranted and inappropriate. It is not only insensitive but also irrelevant to the situation at hand. We expect a level of professionalism from businesses, especially when addressing customer feedback.
We find it utterly unacceptable that instead of addressing our concerns regarding the disrespectful service we received, you have chosen to deflect and make defamatory statements about us. This reflects poorly on your business ethics and customer service standards.
We demand that you retract your false statements and issue a public apology for your unprofessional behavior. Failure to do so will compel us to take further action to protect our reputation and seek...
Read moreJust popped in for a replacement downstem.......$35 for 4" of glass? WHAT!? The shop is extremely cramped so more than 4 or 5 people and you barely have room to turn around. One register so have fun waiting 10 minutes while they try to upsell the person they are checking out. Name brand pieces for 3x their worth and better yet Cheap China glass for 10x the price. $40 bucks for a chillum that I guarantee they paid $2 for and if they paid more than that they need to learn how to place orders efficiently. Don't get me wrong I totally understand paying overhead and making a buck but with the prices their charging either they are happily ripping people off or paying too much for their own orders. Either way find yourself a local blower or take a trip into Oregon or Washington for some reasonably priced glass.
Edit/commentary on the response from owner: Because I could not respond to the comment made on my post by the owner addressing the lies we were told in the store as well as in the comments on the review I decided to message them on Facebook. I was told someone would respond to me soon however I was not dignified with a response but only a thumbs up emoji and nothing else. Nothing about this interaction has been positive or productive. Reading reviews many of the owners responses are highly unprofessional and accusatory. I am ashamed amd disappointed that Inhale Bliss is the quality of glass shop...
Read moreInhale bliss is, elegant, eye candy, and hands down my favorite glass shop to purchase anything I could ever imagine. Their selection is one of a kind from bubblers for $50-$3,000, as well as rigs for those of you who enjoy your essential oils in the same price range. Having a verity of products and all different price points is such a blessing. Not only does he offer more then your eyes could ever grasp, everyday he will do “deal of the day” or some kind of discount to help you get the glass of your dreams. The staff are always chipper and express the qualities of a genuine person. I spend 20-30 min normally at the shop, but that’s because I’m able to feel comfortable and have conversations with staff and costumers. Before finding inhale bliss... glass shopping was filled with anxiety and confusion of quality products. Most the shop is American made glass... Inhale bliss doesn’t mess around when it come to quality. I have never been dissatisfied with Inhale bliss or any of there staff :). Hope this helps you make the best choice like I did!...
