Smashburger — Restaurant in Nampa

I went to Smashburger with my boyfriend for our first time and we ordered our food for dine in. We went and sat down to wait and my food came out first. The lady told her that his would be right behind it.

While we were waiting for his food, we watched them and send out three online orders. During the time they were completing the second online order, and my boyfriend‘s food came out from the kitchen. I thought they would stop what they were doing and bring the food out, but I was wrong. They let the food sit there while they proceeded to fill the online order and then brought his food out to him. By this point I was about done with my food and we asked her what the process is for filling online orders , when you have customers in the lobby waiting for their food, she wasn’t sure so she got her manager.

When the manager came out, we explained the situation to him, and he proceeded to defend the process that they chose. They did not listen to our frustration whatsoever. When I attempted to explain to him that I would prefer he listen to my story and understand what I’m saying rather than being confrontational he continued to talk over me. At that point, I finally said, “okay bye. Please go away.”

His response was, “okay. Enjoy your Smashburger and feel free to never come back here again.”

To say that my experience with smashburger has been a roller-coaster would be a understatement, let me paint you a picture it was a cold Thursday morning and i had just finished a long night of minecraft with the boys, I came in for my favorite burger the chorizo as I stepped in line I was horrified by what I saw on the menu. Those basterds removed it rage filled my heart as I knew why it was gone, they did it to spite me specifically I trembled with rage when the cashier told me this "you might want to know that the Colorado burger is in my opinion a sort of spiritual successor to the chorizo if you're interested" I was stunned this man dared to compare this pretender to the chorizo. I was furious however without the chorizo I couldn't think of anything that could fill the void in my heart and stomach so I ordered it and behold as the burger was laid before me I was overwhelmed by the smell I believed for a moment that I had ascended to heaven. "it must be a fluke" I foolishly thought so I took a bite and I was blown away obviously a God was behind the grill as no mere mortal could make a burger of this quality and then the pepper jack cheese hit and I experienced ecstasy clearly that prophet of a cashier knew something I didn't and I will never question him again I left this establishment completely satisfied and will be returning for the...

This place is Mid at best. If you don't get their fries smashstyle, they taste so bland. Even then, they are something to be desired and underwhelming at best.

Burger quality and bun quality are great.

But their delivery was poor. I ordered a spicy Mac n cheese burger, and it lacked mac and cheese. The ratio to their chunky red hot sauce to mac and cheese(or cheese in general) was 9 to 1. I basically had a plain burger that had exactly 6 pieces of mac n cheese and a bunch of bland spicy Lava to coat it. It was basically soggy dripping on the edges of it. It was really painful to eat and get through. It was easily one of the worst burgers I've ever had in my life.

Their tractor lemonade drinks were quite pleasant and the only redeeming quality.

Service was rough. Quite lack luster.

The girl taking my order was rather infuriating to interact with and made it difficult to order. When I inquired about ordering a 6 piece chicken wing, she informed me it would take at least 30 minutes. My food came within 5 minutes (burger 2 sets of fries)

I was the only customer in the restaurant at that time.
