On 8/1/20 at about 8:30 p.m. I went to this location. I pulled into the drive-through. There were three cars in line in front of me. Voice promptly comes on the speaker and tells me it's going to be 30 minutes. Since I'm not in a terribly big hurry, I tell him that's fine, and out of curiosity, mention that I was told the same thing last week. Different voice explains that there are only four of them working the whole store and it takes a bit to do everything.
Since I'm not in a huge hurry I say, okay, that's fine, and I'll wait. I order two steak quesaritos, 3 soft tacos with tomatoes, but no sour cream, a chips and cheese, a triple layer nachos, and two large diet Pepsis to drink. After about 15 minutes, I get to pull ahead one car length, so now I'm second from the pick-up window.. I'm not really paying attention to what's going on in front of me, as I'm reading an article while I'm waiting, but a couple of minutes later, the car that was directly in front of me pulls rapidly out of the drive through and leaves. I don't notice if they got their food or not, but it didn't seem like they were there long enough to get food, much less pay for their transaction.
So now I'm thinking I'm going to get my food much more quickly than the originally stated 30 minutes. WRONG!!! No one comes to the window, and my presence is not acknowledged in any way. I can see two teenage boys in the kitchen area, and at one point, a third teenage boy walks in, carrying a drink and disappears from my line of site. I wait for another 30 minutes.
I've just decided to leave and go somewhere else when all of sudden the window opens and one of the boys hands out a bag of food and says "Here's your order". I ask about the drinks. He says "What did you order?" I tell him two large diet Pepsis. He says "Oh, we're out of Diet Pepsi". So I ask him if they have Sprite. He says "Sierra Mist, but we're out of that, too". I ask what he does have? He says diet Mountain Dew and Root Beer. I till him to forget the drinks. He says ok, he'll take them off my order total. My new total is $19.36. Seems a bit high, but again, now I'm starting to get hungry, I'm tired of sitting there and I just want to get home before my husband thinks I'm broken down on the side of the road with a dead cell phone.
It's on me that I didn't check the bag of food to see what was actually in it, so in a way, it's partially my fault that I arrived home with inedible, unidentifiable food. I think one of the items received might have been a crunch-wrap supreme, two possibly beef burritos, two very large items that my husband stated had some type of steak, squished, melty (but not melted) cheddar cheese, which we assume might have been the quesaritos, and another item that might have been a five layer burrito supreme. No nachos, no chips and cheese, and definitely not three soft tacos.
The food itself was disgusting. Obviously, I'm not expecting a gourmet meal from Taco Bell, but I do expect the food to be warm and at least edible. I'm not sure if this is some part of a social experiment to see exactly what people will accept during a global pandemic, if i't a bunch of teenagers' idea of a joke, or if the management at this location is just really that bad Surely there was an adult present with these three teenage boys, who honestly did appear to be doing their best to keep things afloat, but seriously?
Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. A one star rating is...

Older Run around drive thru twice trying to get an online order then asked to go inside, ~ignored until ⌛9:55 🤷♂️ "we're closed feel free to go to another 🌮🔔 location."
🙄🤦♂️ Why did I give them another shot only to have them disappoint me again.
Earlier: Repeat substitutions for a much cheaper item in my combo, when I call you out on it, it doesn't mean I'm trying to get free food I just want to get what I paid for!!! Substituted look a like $1veg item for a ~$4 meaty burrito in my combo.👎 I politely explained their mix up and offered to show a nice girl the veggie bean burrito that had been slipped into my order... again. Once, maybe accidental; twice, is a pattern is forming?
"Sorry, Can't touch it, have to throw it away" she left... to get my replacement burrito? I threw it away and returned to wait at the counter for my CORRECT item. Now what do you want? Tall girl (shift manager?) had a sour attitude. I'm Still waiting for the MEAT burrito.
We didn't make anything, thought you'd just informed us of the mix up earlier. (Few more min) Here. Are you always trying to get free food? Instead of apologizing for their error she accused me of trying to get free food⁉️ SMH- I only want what I actually ordered, is that too much to expect?👎

My online app wasn't working, so I went through the drive thru to ask if the app was having trouble on their end. I was greeted with a very rude response to which she told me that the app was fine on their end and to get out of her drive thru and figure it out. Which I did without addressing how rude she was being. After getting it figured out, I tried to pull back through to get my order. When I got to the drive thru, she asked if we were picking up an online order. As I tried to tell her that 1 order would be from online and 1 would be through the drive thru...she cut me off in a rude tone telling me it's a yes or no question and to just answer yes or no. As I tried to explain again, she got louder and again stated it's a yes or no question. I asked if there was a problem because she had been rude both times I came through. She then yelled at me that she wouldn't serve me and to get out of her drive thru. At no point, had I been rude or raised my voice with her. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused, again yelling at me to get out of her drive thru. I went into the store to try to speak to a manager and to get her name to report her. They would not give me the name of the general manager or the employee's name. As I was trying to ask, she continued to yell at me from behind the counter to not look at her, address her, or ask for her name. I was told that they wouldn't give me my food or any information. Other than, the shift lead, Tony, gave me corporates number. This interaction happened around 4:00p.m on September 17th, 2024. She had blonde hair, big fake lashes, and lots of eye makeup.
