Since when is an adult 21 only to see a rated R movie. Just left the Nampa Stadium 14 without seeing a movie. I bought tickets for my (2) 16 year olds for Annabelle. So the theatre staff said they could not watch the movie without an adult. My adult son (19years) almost 20 was told he needed to be "21"to watch this movie with his 2 sixteen year old siblings even tho both their parents were standing there with our permission. How ridiculous is that??!! The staff said my "Adult" son was not "Adult" enough for their theatre to take his sister's with our (their parents) permission for all 3 to watch this "R" rated movie.
Just say in Nampa Stadium 14 Edwards Theatre is out of line here. If the state of Idaho says my kid at "18" years old is an "Adult" then what the heck is your problem!!! This mom of 7 kids has always been able to purchase tickets at any theatre, walked my kids in , and then left, did my shopping , then came back to get my kids. NO PROBLEM WITH THAT!! EDWARDS THEATRE NAMPA STADIUM 14 TAKE A LOOK AT IDAHO STATE LAW SAYS WHEN A CHILD TURNS 18 THEY ARE AN ADULT. ANY AGE AFTER 18 IS JUST ONE MORE YEAR INTO ADULTHOOD. GET WITH THE LAW TO BACK UP YOUR STAFF!! No where on the website does it say that to see an R rated movie you have to be "21". Neither does any sign inside ,outside, or when you purchase your ticket. Very dissatisfied family and...
Read moreThe worst Experience I have ever had at a movie theater in my life. Standing in line to get over priced drinks and popcorn, the staff member was going to help us, a party of 3, and said, âhow may I help you ?â I started to order, and she interrupted me and said she had not finished the last personâs order. We had to wait ten minutes more to get our stuff. After 20 minutes getting the popcorn and drinks, we were told that our movie is in theater 2. We went in and sat down, watched the previews, and then wrong movie came on. I went to tell the staff that the wrong movie was playing. The staff member said he would fix this, so another 15 minutes went by before the screen went Black. After sitting in the a dark theater for 5 minutes, the staff member came in and announced that he could not fix the movie, but if we wanted to wait 1 and a half hours we could see the movie we came to see, or you could get a reenter pass for another day. So with $36.00 worth of popcorn and drinks and no movie now you expect us to come back and spend another $36.00 for popcorn and drinks to see the movie that we intended to see in the first place? So why should we ever come back to your movie...
