This is my least favorite Starbucks to go to. You're never greeted when you walk in. You can stand in front of the counter and nobody acknowledges that you're there. I am a blonde drinker. I am always told it's too early or it's too late that they only Brew at specific hours. So typically I will settle for a pipes. But it doesn't matter what time you go in you can never get a fresh-brewed blonde. Yes they do offer you a pour-over but it's definitely not the same as a fresh-brewed cup as far as flavor and temperature goes. The pastry case for the most part has a variety of just about everything. This would typically be a 2-star review but today I asked them to brew blonde and they did. Today I ordered a blonde espresso and a brood blonde. Is that was sitting there enjoying my espresso I hear one of the young ladies say why did we Brew blonde?! She said something to the fact that it was a request from a customer. Oh my god really! Was the answer I heard. This kind of shows exactly what I feel about the customer service. The only reason why I stopped here and continue with the poor service is that it is the closest Starbucks to my home. When I have a day off I will drive clear to Caldwell or to Meridian and Overland.
Tyler I think you're awesome! But I have to tell you that your team is not that good! If I wanted to wait for my mobile order when I got to the store I would place it when I got there. I think that it is ridiculous that I can place a mobile order and I come in and when I'm standing there they punch the button! And still nobody acknowledges you when you come through the door nobody says hello nobody makes me feel welcome. Tyler you know customer service is number one priority read what I have dealt with over the last three years of your store it's...
Read moreThis Starbucks location is absolutely the worst I've ever been to. At first, I thought it was just a fluke. But I just gave it another try, and had an even worse experience than the first time. I decided to get a coffee on my 1-hour lunch break from work. So I went inside, ordered an blended iced caramel frap; size Grande. However, I ended up sitting there for 20+ minutes waiting for my drink while I observed the 6+ staff members socialize and joke around; with zero concern for anybody's time. I watched two girls come inside, order, get their drinks, and leave before they even began to make my drink. I really wanted this drink so I continued to wait... And once my name was finally called.. to say I was annoyed and frustrated would be an understatement. My drink was the wrong size, melted, and just looked sad overall. So I had to go ask for my money back. Not only did the employee not care about why I'm upset, but they didn't even try to make up for it. I left the pitiful drink on the counter where they left it, got my money back, and left. Subsequently waiting 40 minutes of my lunch break... That said, this Starbucks location is by far the worst I've ever witnessed. Which is sad considering I've been to many remote Starbucks locations inside of grocery stores, which all were better than this actual location. I will never return to this Starbucks after two consecutive negative experiences. Your employees are not providing a satisfactory experience/product to your customers. So much so, that you just lost me as a customer. Hope it was worth the money saved on wages by hiring these incapable bums to operate...
Read moreI’m typically a fan in coming into this Starbucks but today just seemed a little out of character of the baristas. I understand that they were extremely busy and it was right around noon, which is peak lunch hour. But I stood in front of the counter for about 10 minutes before even being acknowledged or looked at. Thankfully, the barista taking my order was very kind to me after that awkward 10 minutes. I got my drink and sat down for a little bit afterwards, and I noticed that my espresso drink tasted like burnt plastic. Not sure what was going on there and the syrup in the drink that I ordered tasted very water down and flavorless. I did try to go back up to the countertop for another few minutes to ask if they could make me either a new drink or I could pay for a new drink and they could dump my first one out. After waiting for a while and getting a few side glances, I decided to just leave instead. Not sure if it was an “off day” for the crew but I don’t think I’ll come back to...
