I normally come to this Panda Express because it's the one right next to my house and they normally have decent food. This time I went to Panda Express I got cold food with hair in it. When I called to try and get it credited to my account. They said let me get you the manager on duty because she is here right now. She then told me I couldnt get it credited to my account without the receipt. I had called for a similar problem a few months previous and the person that I spoke to instantly credited my account with everything that needed to be replaced. I was trying to explain this to a lady either named arcella or Angelina and she hung up the phone on me. When I called back asking for the name for the manager on duty they said there was no manager on duty. I had to drive to the store to get the name of the workers to try and figure out which was the person I spoke to. I am very unhappy with the way they spoke to me and handled the situation. Dont have 3 different people saying 3 different things on how they take care of bad food. Very unprofessional environment. Read moreNight of October 28 2024 I was required to take the family to Panda Express. First, we were stuck in line for fifteen minutes. Then, as usual, we are told we'll have to wait for food to be prepared, this time it was teriyaki chicken. As we moved along, we noticed that there was still teriyaki chicken still available. We asked our server if we could just have that instead of waiting another eight minutes. Just as she begins to get it, Jordan comes out of nowhere, shoves her aside and takes that serving for another customer. I was just going to let it go, but, Jordan strikes again. Eight minutes the cook announced the teriyaki chicken is ready. Jordan heads straight for the serving counter and blocks it, obviously, waiting for the teriyaki chicken. After a moment, he heads to the kitchen and grabs it himself. He then started filling a bunch of orders he brought up. I interrupted and let him know we were already waiting for that teriyaki chicken. Then he said they were busy. I corrected him. Rude not busy. IF your child needs a diaper change, you are welcome to change your child's diaper on the dirty bathroom floor, in your vehicle in the middle of winter's freezing temperatures, OR if you're feeling adventurous, you can put 5 layers of blanket and changing pad on the table, change your child's diaper amidst glares of judgement from other patrons in the restaurant, and then be told by the manager that it's a health code violation to change a diaper on a table in their restaurant. Oh, this DID happen here. The manager apologized to the complainers, because he has a responsibility to help his customers feel comfortable in his restaurant, and made MY family feel extremely uncomfortable for their complete lack of baby changing space. We will not be back in this restaurant, and will be calling corporate because Carlos, the shift supervisor, said he would not be calling but we are welcome to call on his behalf.
