Big A's Sandwiches — Restaurant in Napa

I was a bit overwhelmed with all the options available, but that's obviously a good thing! 11 types of breads, not including wraps? 5 types of turkey? How does that tiny truck carry an entire deli??? Anyway, the employees were very friendly and helpful. I ended up going with one of the specials, the Notorious RBC (see photo). I made one change to it, which they got right. I have yet to find a Dutch crunch bread in this area that actually has any crunch to it. Unfortunately, this followed that trend, but that could just be due to my travel time sogging it up before I was able to dig into it. As for the sandwich as a whole, it blew me away. I was expecting it to be good, but this was a phenomenal blend of beautifully balanced flavors that oozed quality and freshness. These sandwiches are TOO BIG! I am probably getting way more than I paid for too. I really don't deserve something this good.

I am going to describe the item less as a sandwich and more like a bread platter, pile of meat, veggie garnish, then another bread platter to fully obscure the meal. Good luck picking it up... it was really heavy. I would prefer they label these with the stickers that package carriers use to warn people about items that are too heavy for one person to handle. This may be the sandwich equivalent of Fred Flintstone's rib order.

I fully enjoyed the first half of the sandwich, and then was wishing I waited a bit longer to enjoy the second half. I am now way too full. Next time I will visit after a juice cleanse.

Came by a while back because the tiny trailer look cool and the name was fun I was told by the guy cooking he had a pizza special sandwich he describe it I. Such way I couldn't focus on anything else so I added few extra things in it and waited I had a soda and the sandwich paid just over 20 dollar little pricy but I did add extra stuff in it so I was expecting such thing the guy gave me my sandwich and I took of driving after I open it and took my first bite I had to find a spot to pull over and actually enjoy this beast of a meal I could.only eat half because I felt guilty not saving any for my wife and kid but I have being craving the filing for a while so I stopped by again today...
