Subway — Restaurant in Napa

Not my favorite place to grab a sandwich. Positive is Subway makes their own sandwich bread fresh onsite. That is all that is positive with Subway. The negative is Subway actually sells what I describe as "salad" sandwiches. Lots of vegetables and other toppings with MINIMAL amounts of meat. It's OK, if that's what you prefer.

Unfortunately, Subway sandwiches are skimpy on their meats. Two layers of sandwich meat if you're lucky. Personally, I much prefer tasting MORE meat in my sandwich than an abundance of vegetables, peppers, & olives. Even then, the QUALITY of the meats Subway serves is highly QUESTIONABLE. Additionally, the vegetables rarely ever looks/tastes fresh. Sometimes lettuce is already "browning" around its edges. Many other better sandwich shops in Napa. At Subway, you get what you pay for. ...

We went to this subway the first day it had new owners, they were so nice and the service was great! Since then I’ve been three times and I’ve finally learned my lesson I’ll never go here again! The employees act as if they are trapped there , the customer service is lacking for sure. On my last visit 1/3/25 I came and placed a fairly large order and presented the employee(the owner) a coupon. I stated because they were specialty orders I’m sure there are extra charges , he didn’t even acknowledge me and just flat out stated that it was store policy to not accept coupons and waved it away. Here’s the thing , if he would have said it in a different way maybe offered a apology or explanation , it wouldn’t have been so frustrating. But combined with the poor...

Does not take coupons, and the employees do not mention this fact until you are at the register, even though the coupon has been showing in your hand the whole time. Super skimpy on the veggies. I never ask for “more,” but six banana peppers on a footlong seemed a bit skimpy. I got three more pieces. Couldn’t taste them or the sauce in the sandwich, there was so little. We ordered two sandwiches, since we didn’t find out til the register that they do not honor the corporate coupons (otherwise we never would have ordered). They left the second sandwich unbagged on their side of the counter and walked away, so we had to reach across the counter and behind the glass to get it. No offer if we wanted any drinks etc. Bathroom not available...
