Andy's Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Naperville

The manager here blatantly and deliberately accused me of creating numerous accounts in order to get a free custard. The only reason I had to make a different account is because when I provided him with my temporary account code for the discount it wasn't enough information provided apperantly and he needed the last 4 digits of my phone number... This didn't happen the last time that my friends went and it shows something changed...who knows why he changed this? Either way when I gave him the last 4 digits he wasn't able to pull up my account so I had to make a new one that I could access with my corrected information. Once I did this (for the first time) he accused me of making multiple accounts just for the custard with no basis and refused to honor the discount. He said the understood what I was saying but wouldn't change his mind. I'm frustrated at his lack of transparency and instead insidious lack of rationale. When asked why he wouldn't change his mind he said he'd already told me 3 to 4 times, and still didn't provide a clear reason. He said I could pay full price or go to another location. I'm disgusted with his actions and will never return to this location if I ever go to an Andy's again. His line of logic was clear: He believed me to be creating numerous accounts to obtain free ice cream, and wouldn't honor the deal. Instead of being straightforward with this he just insisted he "wouldn't change his mind"... Terrible, terrible customer service. I made it clear the only reason I created a new account was because I didn't have access to the first one I made which he proved himself by not being...

I went here on a hot day with some friends a couple years back, and it did not disappoint. I am a loyal member of the rewards program and love going there often. With plenty of delicious options to choose from and even a BYO (build your own) option if you want to customize your order, Andy’s truly has everything to make your taste buds go “wow!” It has a unique design that has glass in the front so you can see how they make their custard (yes it is made VERY fresh) and on the right you order through a window then within a couple minutes you get your delicious custard. They even have a treat for your furry friend if you ask for a pup cup, they will give you a little sample cone with some vanilla ice cream which my dog loves. They give you a nice big spoon because you will want to get every last bit out of the cup, and a couple napkins because they know it will get messy. It is wheelchair accessible because there is a ramp to get up to the front to order, and plenty of parking so everybody can enjoy the deliciousness of Andy’s...

I love Andy’s and recently wrote a review for a different location about how much I love their chocolate custard shake with peanut butter and banana. I tried to order just a chocolate custard shake with peanut butter today at this location today, but I’m not sure if they gave me a vanilla custard shake with peanut butter or a vanilla custard shake with peanut butter and chocolate syrup but I really prefer the chocolate custard not vanilla because the vanilla makes me sick unfortunately. I asked for it to be fixed but when I asked the lady working closed the drive through window and threw up her hands in exasperation and was making gestures and stuff towards me while talking to her coworker which was kind of embarrassing and I feel uncalled for in the moment. The guy who gave me my corrected order was kind of rude about me giving back the vanilla shake that would’ve made me sick but I can’t blame him based on what he might have heard. I still love Andy’s but I probably won’t ever come back to...
